I’d give zero stars if possible. These managers, and people in a role of responsibility, do not care about their residents nor their safety.
I’d HIGHLY suggest you look at every other assisted or memory care facility before you send your family member here.
Every time an employee comes, that will care enough to try and make a change, they get burnt out and leave. Don’t expect change unless the entire establishment changes

This is where my sister has lived for the last several years. She loves it there,has made many new friends over the years. On our recent visit the activity director had a Jamaican cruise party for the residents. Not to miss out on the fun we played our part. My wife sister and myself decked out

Teresa was very welcoming and helpful as we toured. I was real impressed with the sunny spacious rooms, various activities, and beautifully decorated meeting rooms. I think it will be a wonderful place for my mother in law.

I've been working at Bay Cove for around 6 years. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love this community. Everyday I'm lucky enough to see gorgeous views of Back Bay Biloxi as I walk to my office. Our staff here is very devoted to caring for our residents, the leadership works hard and is very supportive, and the residents are just delightful. One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to know the life story of the people who live here. They have accomplished so much in their lives, and at Bay Cove they made friends to share their memories and create new ones. It's a great place!

As a private caregiver, I visit many assisted living communities. I am rarely impressed with what I see. Summerhouse at Bay Cove feels much more like apartment living than assisted living. They appear to have a lot going on all the time. And, I have heard the food is good (so, so important).
