I created a store on Redbubble. Shirts and different items with individual chakra symbols. One of my favorite options is the floor pillow cover. I'm going to get a few of these for my studio, for meditation. Let me know what you think, or if there is anything you'd like to see. Hopefully I will be back to teaching soon. <3

Part of restorative yoga is nurturing yourself. We can often find time to do things for others, but don't give enough time to filling our spirits up. I know putting some of these on my schedule would nourish me. How about you?
