Suits 2 Empower provides recycled suits to young men and women on the journey towards greatness for participation in debate and public speaking, job training, personal development and professional opportunities. We serve youth in urban debate leagues around the country and those in low income communities that may need a moment to feel their best.

The phrase plays with not only the act of transforming one's outer appearance to elevate confidence, self worth, and interactions with others, but an inner change - one committing to elevate our actions to affect the future for the better.

Founded by a 9th grade debater, our mission is to increase the opportunities for those in underserved communities by reallocating a precious resource that can make a huge difference in someone’s life.
