Wonderful savory croissants as well as sweet...like almond, raspberry, chocolate.
Scones, loaf cakes, danish, sticky buns and frosted cinnamon rolls. Much more and all so delicious.report this review -

I was really disappointed with the bakery. My wife and two kids went expecting great things, but we were let down by the minimal selection and disinterested service.
The two sugar cookies my kids got looked amazing, but they were hard... really hard.
My oatmeal raisin cookie tasted good, but was old and hard.
My wife's red velvet cupcake was meh.
For being a "premium" bakery, with premium pricing, I expected more.report this review -

My husband and I stayed at 7A Resort and decided to get pastries before driving back to San Antonio. We walked into this business and stood there for about 10 minutes. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help. There was a couple in front of us picking up an order and several employees available yet not one person helped us. We walked towards the door and the young man just stared at us and didn't say anything or ask if we needed assistance. So we left very disappointed. I would NOT recommend this place. To walk into a business and have people stare at you and not approach you is such bad business.

My sticky bun was the best I've ever had. Lots of gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan options. Special orders taken. Very good. Nice patio for guests. Overa'll 5 stars

What a great place! Super friendly staff (handed our son a cookie as soon as we walked in) and has probably the best kolaches I've ever had. Look forward to returning!

The Sugar Shack is one of the many shops that make Wimberley a special place to visit. They are located near the square and they have delicious treats .

Best little hometown bakery, humming with sweet surprises and steady favorites. The croissants get their yum on and their triple chocolate cake exceeds the imagination. Also, a coffee bar with locally roasted beans is in the works.

My sugar cookie order was not at all worth the cost. They were super hard as if they were made a few days before we picked them up and had no real flavor besides super sweet. The reason they received 2 stars over just 1 is that they did a nice job decorating them.
