I grew up in Tucson in the early 50’s and have never completely escaped its desert magic and charm. Although it has grown enormously from the days when I was a child, it still retains its “small town” feel. It’s a place to enjoy living, particularly outside. Between clients, I always make time to (among many other things) take a hike in beautiful Catalina State Park or the Saguaro National Park, purchase the “best” tortillas in the world at Anita’s Market, spend two or three hours walking out at the Sonora Desert Museum, catch a Wildcat basketball game at the U of A, or just float in my pool while I water my heirloom vegetable garden. There are no driveways full of snow to shovel here, only endless days with blue skies and breathtaking sunsets.
I work primarily in the north and northwest areas of Tucson, the town of Oro Valley, and the town of Marana with seasoned buyers and sellers, as well as those entering the real estate market for the first time, in the areas of residential resale, residential new construction and short sales. Having spent much of my life here, I am extremely familiar with the neighborhoods that make up these areas as well as the environment and list of amenities accompanying each of them.
I hold both the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designations from the National Association of Realtors and am always informed of all the latest changes made to the contractual process by Arizona Department of Real Estate. I take my responsibilities to my clients very seriously and always communicate in a timely and direct manner while maintaining a high standard of ethical behavior with them and my colleagues.
