  Friendly service but my bread always tends to be so dry it crumbles apart. Makes me wonder what it would be like if I ask for toasted. I don't know if I am just unlucky or if it is common there. The more bites I took, the more it fell apart. I can't remember what I ordered but it was unidentifiable when I opened it. Needless to say, I was very disappointed as my daughters tell me they like eating there.

  Rude employees, act as if every customer is a burden. I watched a gal spill a drink, I got up to ask if they had a rag and/or mop to help her clean as she had a small child with her. And all six employees stood there while we cleaned it with napkins. Ridiculous.

  Second screwed up order the last week. Today they took forever to get our order and we directly SaI'd no mayo and they gave us mayo. They Forgot the cheese and they gave us the wrong bread. Never going back to the broadway subway again. Their employees are terrible.

  I love Subway! But I would avoid this one if you can!
  
  -bad service (rude employees)
  -sandwiches are sub par
  -hair in two separate sandwiches

  Good good, but the clerk didn't get my points, so she had to rerun my order. Then it was $13 more than the first time, and she just looked at me. I made her pull the old receipt out of the garbage and figure out that she had double rung up two sandwiches. To her credit, she wasn't rude, but I could tell she was irritated.

  The parking lot here is impossible to get in and out of. The drive-thru is also really hard to go through because it's so narrow and tight. The service is good but it definitely isn't high enough to make up for the parking lot problems.

  I enjoy going to this Subway. They always have roasted chicken breast hot and ready as opposed to other Subways in town. Staff is always quick and friendly. This is my favorite Subway to go to in town.

  Waited for 5 minutes to order then pulled up to the window just now and waited another 5 minutes and no one took my order so I left.

  We had gone through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals, both with foot longs. When we came to the window, we were given 3 sandwiches, and when we asked why we got attitude about what the sandwich was and I politely told him we only ordered two foot longs, so this was a mistake. The guy at the window did not like being told he messed up, and had the worst customer service. I gave him back the sandwich, and he tells me I'm good to go. I asked for the chips I ordered, he handed me them and slammed the window. I took a look at the receipt and they did not even charge us for everything either. Huge mess up. Very unsatisfied, and I will make sure to not come back to this location. Definitely will not recommend this to anyone I know. Do not even wanna give them a one star rating.
