I would not recommend buying a car here or coming for service. Go out of town if you have to, you may have better luck. They have poor organization and zero communication in the service department. This is not a one time problem. I have tried them several times over a matter of years with the same result each time. Total waste of time.

DID not have a good experience. My son went there to buy a truck - we were there about 4 to 5 hours on a Saturday afternoon. When we left - my son signed a finance contract - was assured his new truck was financed and he left with the truck and a copy of all paperwork - contract showed lender - payment amount and due date of payment. Absolutely NO contact from dealership -- my son was back there on the following Monday with his trade vehicle -- NO mention of any finance issues - following day- my son called and asked why he suddenly had 7 hits on his credit score that very day -- was told " Don't worry - you are already financed thru **** -- we are just trying to get you a better interest rate" my son then asked them to please stop -- he was okay with interest rate -- no contact from dealership until yesterday -- 11 days after purchase date -- they asked my son to bring truck back --" we are sorry -- we never did have it financed". After several heated conversations with the manager at the location on Rock Road -- who informed me that we "do not have a leg to stand on" because my son signed their contract -- sure got upset when I mentioned the fact that they had my son sign a contract that was fraudulent from the start. Kinda funny, when I questioned why they would let a vehicle leave that they did not have financed - he would not give me an answer -- When I questioned why my son has a copy of a contract that has a lender - payment amount and payment date -- I could not get a straight answer. When I asked why the fact that the truck financing was NEVER approved and why it was just coming to light after 11 days -- all I heard was -- "Sorry". I wonder if the owner knows this is how things are handled. Thinking he had purchased the truck -- my son invested $600.00 in add on's -- what a mistake. That is money thrown out the window -- which could have been avoided had they just been honest. Super Car Guys - ya - Super Dis Honest Car Guys - Buying a Car there does suck.

We recently worked with Andy at Subaru of Wichita and he helped us on a number of occasions to find the perfect vehicle to fit our needs! He was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable of each car/SUV. After talking with Andy and discussing what we need from a new vehicle as well as specialized features, he found us the perfect Subaru Outback! We highly recommend buying a Subaru and you will not go wrong working with Andy

All of my visits here so far have been great, I deeply recommend Emilee. She was great! No pressure and helped me find a car that was just right for me.

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper at Subaru of Wichita, that was my 1st mistake! I should have gone to Walser!
Adam Norris was my sales person at Subaru of Wichita. Adam assured me if there were any issue Subaru would certainly take care of it...he even mentioned how others had received maintenance many months after buying.
I now know, Subaru, plain and simply, lies!
Both tires on the back needed to be replaced. The air filters needed to be replaced due to an awful smell. And only 3 months after buying my Mini Cooper, the engine light came on...turns out back brakes were worn to the minimum which caused the rotors to warp, the spark plugs and coils need replacing.
I get that it is a used vehicle....they didn't even want to help with half the cost.
    Extremely disappointed.
If you are buying a used car from these people, get a second opinion on your car!!!
    Do not trust this company.

I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester - this is the FOURTH vehicle I have purchased from this dealership over the years. Before finding Subaru of Wichita, I had mixed experiences at other dealerships here and in Colorado. By a mile, this dealership is the best. The atmosphere is great, I have never felt pressured, and the sales team is fantastic. This time, I got to work with Andy Roberts, who helped me through all my questions, even though I had done research before. He was kind, knowledgeable, and funny. I had heard that "they only hire nice people", and I have never seen an exception. Mark and David helped me find the right solution for my financing, and Sam Steele was speedy with my documents. Everyone was professional - I never felt uncomfortable, even for a moment. If you are looking for the best car buying experience, you will find it here. The team here has proven time and time again that car buying does not need to be painful, in fact, in can be fun!

I had a great experience at this dealership. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great pre-owned vehicle or new Subaru. Vehicles are clean, facility is immaculate, and a relaxed and friendly (even pet friendly) atmosphere with fair pricing. They want to EARN your business. By far the best of the Steven's franchise of dealerships.

Working with the largest grocery retailer in the US I set high expectations and demand no less from those I do business with. I don't know any one on a personal basis from the Wichita Subaru dealership, but that has never stopped them from greeting me with a smile, servicing my car professionally, stopping to chat, and has never once tried to pawn services off on me I don't need. Their prices are competitive and I know it's done right.
I recently sent a friend of mine to this dealership who bought a car from them as well... he couldn't be happier (although he bought a newer BMW; lets not hold that against him).
I saw a few negative reviews, and while we all have a sad story with a bad plot, the reality is no one is perfect. Yet, this group has earned my trust and more importantly, they work to keep it.
By the way, the only reason I am giving them a 4 instead of a 5 is because the popcorn machine was out for service on my last visit. Told you I was hard to please.

Outstanding salesmen tucked into a beautiful dealership. You are sure to find a car that will last you a life-time with Subaru on your side! Shoutout to Willy AKA William Harper, the greatest salesmen to date. If you buy a car from them, tell them Levi Sutton sent you!

Lots of Subarus, ended up finding a gem privately for an incredible deal. Felt I was advised towards a lease a little too strongly after staunchly coming out against the idea. But didn't dislike my experince over all.

We brought our vehicle in for an oil change and to get the brakes looked at. They wanted to charge us $360 for a filter, the oil, new windshield wipers and the service which in my opinion is an outrages price. They are friendly and the place is nice but we will not be getting anything done here again unless they start having comparable prices to other service shops.
