    My wife and I recently purchased our 2 leased vehicles from Peter Bruvik and walked away with a very positive experience. Buying previously leased vehicles is a few hour process and Peter provided a comfortable environment and even fed us lunch both times! Subaru of Cherry Hill is an hour away from where we live, but is worth the trip for purchasing a Subaru vehicle. The sales people are not pushy and gimmicky like other dealerships; I understand they are sales people, but Peter Bruvik, Rich Robichaud and Subaru of Cherry Hill do it right. I will be back to this dealership to purchase my next Subaru!

    My 2012 suzuki sx4 transmission went. And was fed up went to cherry hill subaru and purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 Forrester. In my panic purchase I missed some things wrong with the car that were easy misses for the service team as I have them little to no time to service the car before my purchase. I rolled off the lot and noticed a subtle but very very annoying ticking sound from the blower fan and the fan controls stopped functioning. I was worried I just bought a car with a ton of problems. But I brought the car in for service a week later to see what they could do. Despite the sound decreasing and being less noticeable the sales and service team worked together and approved replacements of all the parts associated with the issue. These guys care about keeping thier customers happy and making sure even used car customers are taken care of and happy. Great service, great customer support and quick. Thanks cherry hill subaru!

    I just got my lease from Mark Lawler last month. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I didn't feel like I was walking into a scam like I felt at most dealerships. Mark knew what I wanted and didn't want and I loved that he didn't try to convince me otherwise. I've already recommended this place to many friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Mark!

    Had an appointment for 9:30 am said it would take an hour to look at my car for a steering knock noise which was never resolved the first time i went there mind you the car is a 2017 with 9000 miles. Never got the car back or a phone call till about 1:30pm where i was told car checks out fine. "Could not duplicate" the sound i had.dont waste your time going here for service id go elsewhere or fix it yourself if you can. Ill be taking it a 3rd time for the same problem elsewhere

    Just purchased a vehicle from Subaru of Cherry Hill, I must say it was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. No pressure from sales staff, willing to negotiate on already reasonable pricing, and pretty quick with all paperwork. I would travel back over there to purchase another vehicle should I be in the market. Thank you guys for all you've done for my family and me.

    Worst customer service ever. Would not return here again even if they gave away free cars... It's a shame one dealerships service department can almost single handily tarnish the brand reputation for me. Came in for simple oil change left with $1900 service bill for something that was never wrong with the car to begin with. Borderline scam, please be cautions of the service department..

    So after a 19 year old ran a stop sign and totaled my Chrysler 300 I decided to try a foreign all wheel drive car. Did a lot of research and decided a 2016 Subaru Legacy would be a good fit. Again after a lot of research stopped in to Cherry Hill Subaru after 6pm on a Friday evening, not knowing that Cherry Hill had a blue law stating that all dealers need to be closed at 6pm on Friday. Met with Donovan saw and test drove the car I found on there web site. Back to the dealership told him the price I had in mind and he beat it by about $500.00 dollars.
    Fast forward through the steering column recall, which they provided me with a loaner as well as a $100.00 gift card. I stopped in the dealer about two weeks ago to buy a windshield sunshade only to find the parts department closed for remodeling. I met with a salesman to whom I explained my intent and he introduced me to the Dan the sales manager. Dan informed me that on Monday he would check to see if the sunshade was in stock. A phone call on Monday to tell me that the shade was not in stock and was ordered.
    So now the best part of the story, I live 34 miles from the dealer, Randy called me today and informed me that he would be more then happy to drop the sunshade off to me at my house on his way from work. I can only say that the service provided was above and beyond. I can only sing praises about my Cherry Hill Subaru experience. In the future we will be back for my wife next car.

    Leasing a vehicle from Subaru of Cherry Hill was a pleasant experience from start to end. I've had two other car-buying experiences in my life and prior to coming to Subaru of Cherry Hill I would never have considered using the word "pleasant" in the same sentence as "car dealership". Subaru of Cherry Hill restored my hope in the car buying experience. Everyone we worked with from the sales consultant (Jerry) to the financing manager was friendly and sought to accommodate my requests. I didn't have to haggle to get the price I wanted and we were out with a new leased vehicle in a timely manner.

    Worst dealership experience I have encountered. As an out-of-state buyer, I had prearranged a time with the Sales Manager, Rich, to see a specific used car; called ahead as a reminder, and an update on my travel time as well. When I arrived, the car was parked on a muddy hill in front of the building and covered in snow, not at all ready to be shown or driven. After cleaning the car off, I was told by sales that the owner mandated that the car could not be driven that day due to weather (it had snowed earlier, but was 40 deg. and sunny at this point).

    While they worked with the owner to allow us to drive it, we moved on to price. The Sales Manager then attempted to back out of the price that was agreed upon via email. This was eventually sorted out, along with a very short test drive, but only after all of the financing paperwork was completed. They stated that the test drive would be allowed, but that it was directly against the owner's wishes, which created a very uncomfortable and high-pressure situation. The whole experience was frustrating, and handled with little regard to our valuable time as buyers.

    In short, I drove several hours excited by the idea that I would have been buying the car and getting a great deal, and the terrible experience convinced me that the savings were not worth giving this dealer my business.

    Mostly negative experience aside, Sales Consultants Randy and Jerry were very friendly, helpful and understanding. No problems there.

    Wish I could give zero stars. If you care about your vehicle, skip this dealership and their service department. I brought my brand new car for it's first routine oil change, I waited a bit then was given a receipt showing they checked all parts of my car and changed the oil etc.I left thinking everything was done.

    In the following days, my light oil light comes on and off. I call the dealership to tell them whats going on. A man named Dave answers the phone. Tells me to bring it by NOW. Bring it back to the dealership, waited an hour. Dave comes out and says it'll just be another 45 minutes until they see your car, they were all out to lunch. Wait, so I had been told to come in immediately, but no one would be there when I arrived? AND no one told me when I arrived that I would be waiting around for people on lunch? My frustration escalated. I shouldn't have had to be there again to begin with. I ended up leaving after getting into heated arguments with both Dave, and the manager of the Service Department.

    I brought my car to another Subaru to have it checked out. They tell me they are not sure what Cherry Hill Subaru did to my car a few weeks ago, but they certainly didn't change the oil. IN FACT, it was 2 quarts low! I then had to pay for the "repair" and essentially lost one of my free oil changes. I will be following up with corporate.

    Customer service, quality of service, and competence of staff are far below satisfactory. Do not waste your time going here.

    Recently brought my vehicle into Subaru of Cherry Hill's new service department for the repair of an interior component. The department repaired an interior component under good will warranty with less than one week turn around right before a holiday. Marc Crabtree ensured that the process was handled smoothly by providing a loaner vehicle for the day and effectively communicating status of the repair. I am pleased with the departments professional attitude and care for their customers.

    A great car buying experience from start to finish. I highly recommend meeting with Donovan. His knowledge of the Subaru fleet is top notch and he was a pleasure to deal with. During price negotiations, I never felt like I was having a fast one pulled on me. Everything was very straight forward.

    The delivery specialist, Steve, and Jim in Finance were both a pleasure to work with as well. All around, a very warm and welcoming place to do business. Assuming I fall in love with my Subaru, I will be back here for future vehicles.
