I wanted to share a video made by my CrossFit gym. They have an amazing program called check in for charity which donates $1 per fb check-in to a certain charity of members choosing. This month is a charity I picked with my friend, and it is Housing Forward, an organization dedicated to serving and ending homelessness in my town and nearby communities.

I've been working with young C for a few weeks now and this was the lightbulb moment for him when he figured out how to squat properly! He made us both laugh - we had so much fun. Check out the circuit he completed 3 times, and decided to go twice more to improve his time. ππΌπ₯π₯
