  Great place to get a unit, there are cheaper places to rent but the location is decent and the owner is pretty friendly.

  Good customer service! Need a large garbage container. There's enough cameras there to ensure people don't bring item's from home to discard.

  We used this facility for over a year. On a Saturday afternoon after my husband emptied our unit, he removed the lock. I called the following Wednesday to let them know that we wouldn't be using the unit anymore only to find out they had already reissued it and they refused to refund the remaining weeks of the rental fee. I feel this is a very shady business practice. We had paid for a full month of rental and had only used it for a week when they rented it to someone else!!?! What if we were planning on using it again?

  Called to get pricing for units. The gentleman that answered was very rude. He seemed as if I was rushing him. Than he proceeded to yell at me for misunderstanding him.. I asked if he had any 10x15 units he said I have one left in the whole facility.. so I asked for pricing on a 10x20 and he snapped back "MAM I JUST TOLD YOU THAT I ONLY HAVE ONE UNIT IN THE WHOLE FACILITY" Unsure how the facility looks but If its by any means like the gentleman running the show it must be pretty nasty!!
