Needed to rent a cargo van to move some things across town. Todd and Jim were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Would do business with them again.
I've used Storage One for two and a half years now, I just moved my things out today, and in the two and a half years I didn't have one problem, not one!!! Everyone there from beginning to end where very professional. I enjoyed walking in and paying my bill because I would always get in to a great conversation with down to earth people, although after a year or so I just had them take my payment off my debit card. I will miss the staff there and the low rent, probably will never find a cheaper but clean and well guarded place. Thank You so much!!!!!
So far, I'm impressed, though it's been only a couple of days. The place is clean and well kept. The units on the second floor are nice & tall - at least 4' taller than the one I had at Extra Space. Kelle is really nice, very helpful, as is the rest of the staff I've met. Their prices are good, too, and it's handy having UHaul right there. Oh, and they have an off hours check-in for the truck.
Very helpful and clean facility. Checked right in and unloaded quickly.
I've never had such a wonderful experience with a storage facility before, in my life. Units are clean, property is in a great location, and Kelly is an absolute sweetheart -- very professional and such quality customer service; highly recommended 👍🏻 Thank you, again Kelly 😊
Staff was very cooperative with me and my needs. Great and convenient location.
Very friendly and helpful!! The prices are great and I got what needed right when I walked in the door!!!
Storage One at Decatur and Spring Mountain is great! The guys, Todd and Jim, who work there were both very friendly and had excellent work ethic. They asked if I needed any help and I did. And, they helped me immediately and several times.
Climate control, easy access. Nice property managers. Very clean.
Friendly staff great area
Friendly & nice staff
I've used it for 7 years. Can't complain about the facility except it's hot upstairs. Price wise, they have raised our payment twice now and I think it's ridiculous price they want.
After storing here a few months, things are never what they seem. First it was the lighting being out for a couple weeks directly in front of my unit making it very difficult to get items in and out. After several emails and phone calls, it was finally fixed. On the defense of the on site mgmt who are very nice people, the operator wasn't giving them the messages; but I can't comment on why emails weren't being received. I received two confirmations that they went through. Directly after that the security gate was broken and has remained broken for well over a month. Now the best part is how HOT the upstairs units get. Its about the same temperature as it is outside in the shade. We all know its 100 degrees in the shade in Vegas and that these are the hottest monthsbut should I really have to empty out items from my unit because its so hot that they are getting ruined? Upon calling the office a second time to ask where the "air conditioning" is and why its not on, I am told that its a "swamp cooler". And that its "just not going to be that cold when its this hot out". Personally, I believe that there is a big difference between air conditioning and a swamp cooler and you shouldering be advertising one thing when its another. And honestly, this desert is the perfect place for a swamp cooler to function. So my guess is that it is not maintained and therefore works only as a fan; which by the way you can only feel the effects from if you are standing directly in front of it. I get to pay full price month after month for the inconveniences. If I wanted this experience I would have kept everything in my garage and sweat it out there. This was supposed to be a 1.secure 2. well lit and 3. an air conditioned unit. I certainly feel let down by this facility. Since I have been offered nothing but "we are working on it " or "thats just the way it is" excuses, I will be finding other storage that can fulfill its promises. If you have memorabilia or anything heat sensitive (anything with glue, shoes, adhesives etc) I would go to a facility that is newer.
