To make everyone aware:
A mistake was made where they did not let me know of the $119 charge for parking a car on their property. It was neither in the contract or the email of the receipt. Upon me pointing this out after I was charged this ridiculous amount for parking a car in the dirt next to a fence (NOT a parking spot like you would expect) and noting the fact that it was not in the contract or anywhere in any correspondence, I requested to have a refund since it was NOT STATED IN THE CONTRACT. The receptionist even admitted to me that they made an error and that the amount was not listed in any part of my contract, and asked if refunding half the amount was okay, to which I replied no and said I wanted a full refund.The receptionist proceeded to laugh at me and ask how I thought I would be allowed to park there for free. This led into a disagreement where the receptionist hung up on me and refused to answer the phone or call back.
They decided to refund the money, but not until I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Just be aware to double check your contracts you signed, and to keep them handy! Would hate for someone to get charged an erroneous amount of money they weren't made aware of.
