  Great choice for storage and U-haul truck rental! Customer service was great. The way their facility is set up makes it very easy to load and unload belongings for storage!

  Ms Terri is always so helpful. My husband and I have used the storage unit at Southwood on three different occasions and every time it’s a great experience. I appreciate the fact that the storage is climate controlled so i don’t have to worry about the furniture having that old storage odor to it or getting messed up when we get it out.
  Ms Terri always suggests items to make the moving process easier, she makes sure our items are safe and we are comfortable with everything. Thank you and we highly recommend Storage at Southwood for your storage needs.

  I could not recommend this facility enough! The staff are courteous and professional. The facility itself, including the office, and the actual storage units, are clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a storage unit this is the place to go! Do not waste your time anywhere else.

  Terri is an awesome asset to have in office! She was immediately accommodating and such pleasant company to my family and I as she assisted us in every way we needed. It made my daughters college transition a breeze!

  Kudos to Terri at StorQuest! She is awesome! Both Terri and the facility came HIGHLY recommended by a close friend! I was so disappointed to find out that all units were full. Being that all storage units were filled, Terri promised to keep in touch with me when a unit became available and she did as she promised. Terri made the paperwork process very easy and she carefully explained all I needed to know. Now I am very happy to say I am a new StorQuest in Southwood customer!

  With limited availability in the area, Ronnie went above and beyond to assure us he would reach out when a unit we needed became available. He has great customer service skills and managed to juggle three customers in a timely manner. Ronnie is very attentive and detailed. As promised, Ronnie called the moment a unit became available and we were able to obtain a unit in a very clean building with cool tempatures. We couldn't be more satisfied with Ronnie - he was awesome. Terri finalized our unit while Ronni was out of the office on a break and she too acknowledged Ronnie's skills and great personality. It was nice to see such a supportive team. Thank you, Ronnie and Terri, for such great service.

  I like the storage unit - hate the fact that they want refund any money if you close the unit after you have paid for the full month. Paid the moth of October 2016 in full and close the unit on the 10th of October 2016.

  Terri was the most rude lady I have ever dealt with. Highly unorganized with scheduling uhaul. I have rented multiple uhauls and never have I had issues like I have had with this place. Won't ever rent from here again.

  We checked in this morning and the service was fantastic! Not only was the customer service great the overall check in process was seamless and extremely easy. Haven't gone into our unit yet, but the office area was clean very nice. High hopes for our unit and use for the next few months! :)

  My family and I have used this storage facility for years and the receptionist is always pleasant, helpful and always has a smile. We really like the that the storage unit areas are clean and well lit.
