Went here recently after a hike in the Hawk Mt for a drink and meal. Surprisingly very descent German food and good service in an unexpectedly and seemingly out of place. Limited, but good selection of beer. I enjoyed the schnitzel and spazel dish with red cabbage. Thanks to our group hike leader for finding this place.

Friendly staff and authentic, German cuisine nestled in the beautiful, Pennsylvania countryside. It's a great place for dinner or cocktails, and they have an impressive selection of whiskeys. I highly recommend it!

The food and service were excellent. It was the best German food that I have eaten in a long time. The resturant is a little out of the way of my normal travels but I will return.

Just came here 2 weekends ago... Had a very good experience.
Waiter we had was very theatric - but it was obvious he tried hard to be professional - I can't knock off a star for that... It was almost a little comical - but the man was trying!
In any regard - the food was great. I thought the dish I ordered rivaled some of the more expensive gourmet places we've ate.
Overall A+ and I'd definitely come back...report this review -
