StoneTree® Wall Systems are unique in that they are produced as single wall sections which combine both column and panel together in the manufacturing process. This creates the highest level of efficiency from production, handling and installation. StoneTree® Walls are used in a wide variety of applications in all sectors of construction, including residential, commercial and industrial. Applications include perimeter and boundary wall treatments; security and sound walls and many other uses.
The product is manufactured in proprietary forming systems developed and supplied by Advanced Forming Solutions (AFTEC) LLC. All wall sections are vertically cast and thus have a formed textured finish on both sides. Textures are achieved from high quality polymer liners that are inserted into the forming system. StoneTree® Walls are available in 10 different styles of stone or architectural finishes, and custom styles can also be supplied that can meet a particular style or design.
Using AFTEC’S Rigid Footing Support System which consists of a structural steel member protruding from a caisson footing set every 15ft./4.5m on center; the StoneTree® Wall System is the safest, strongest and provides the fastest installation process in its class. With the addition of colored concrete sealers, StoneTree® Walls can match, complement and enhance any project’s style and design.
