    I do not want to give them single stars, they are big time cheaters and never reveal anything. I bought 3 days before Nissan Pathfinder 2017 SUV, they never told me that there is only 1 key available while delivering the vehicle they told that they have only 1 key available. On the day of delivery they were saying that they will arrange 2nd key and now nobody cares for this, inspite of talking multiple times they are not caring of this. I recommend not to go with them for any type of service.

    You think that if you make an appointment to see one of their pre-owned cars that when you got there they would at least know where the car can be located. Other places have it all clean and sitting at the front door ready for you to test drive. Not this place they're not even sure they still have the car even though they said they did on the telephone 1 hour earlier.
    Beware of shopping for a car in an area where people don't seem to know what they're doing.

    Couldn’t give this dealership my money even if I tried. I never leave reviews on anything, but this experience was too ridiculous not to share . Not to mention i just had a baby and stressed i needed a vehicle ASAP. Visited this dealership 3 different times in two weeks because the salesman i was dealing with stopped returning my phone calls and texts. I even called the dealership and left message after message for them to get back to me. Never heard back from them. Unbelievably unprofessional it was laughable. Which was odd because the first initial visit went so well. I even told them I was for sure going to purchase a vehicle. Smartened up and went to a different dealership. Turned out to be a better situation since i drove off the lot with a brand new Tacoma that same day. Lesson learned...

    Was calling and leaving messages for over a week trying to schedule a service appointment. Finally I was able to talk to the manager and schedule one. He told me the work would take about 4 hours. 10 hours later they called me to say it would have to stay overnight. They didn't even bother to call me the next day and tell me it was going to have to stay overnight again. 2.5 days later and they call to tell me they can't fix the problem. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. I will definitely never be back.

    I regret taking my car to Stone Mountain Toyota. I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the worst display of communication. Today at 11am I dropped my car off at Services for a maintenance check and to fix the airbag because of a safety recall. They said that it would take about 4 hours & that they would call me when it is ready. They did not give me a call so I called them around 4:30pm and they said it wasn't done and would be finished soon. Then I called back after 6pm and they still said it wasn't done but would be done "MOMENTARILY." I didn't receive a call & I got really worried around 7pm, so I decided to go to the place & check for myself since I need my car tonight only to find out that Services was already closed. I tried to communicate to the people who were there the situation I was left in not knowing the condition of my car at all, but they said they didn't know anything & couldn't do anything to help me. It is so unbelievable that the people in the Service department did not give me a call back to let me know the situation; how can they just leave for the day without even letting me know the condition of my car, if the car was done or wasn't done and that I needed to pick it up the next day or anything, and just leave me really uncertain and concerned about my car because of the nonexistence of communication. I need my car but don't know where it is or how it is and when I will get it back. I am left speechless and find this situation really strange and the worst customer service I have experienced and the worst display of communication. I am worried, I hope I get my car back safe and sound soon.

    Service was great and I got help as soon as I stepped off my car. The price was better and lower compared to other Toyota dealers around Atlanta if you are willing to negotiate. So all in all, I would recommend this dealer if you want a lower price with the same quality.

    Love love love the service I've received. I absolutely love the car. I was going in due to curiosity, and walked out with a brand new 2017 car at a great price ! As scary as it was for me being my first car purchase, it was a breeze. They made me feel so comfortable and let me know everything I needed to know about payment and everything. My salesman Mr Muhammad really got me a great deal and still check on me to make sure I love my car. Top one customer service right there! Strongly recommend 10/10.

    I purchased my 2009 Toyota Corolla from Stone Mountain Toyota and they've been servicing my car since day one. That's why I've never taken my car anywhere else and keep coming back. I have never had a disappointing experience and they truly care about making sure they provide the highest level of service to their customers. I recently brought my car in for service this month and they had me in and out in about 30 mins - on a Saturday! I received excellent personal service from my Service Associate, Jim, on my visit. He did an outstanding job and you should be proud to have him as a member of the Stone Mountain Toyota service team.

    I wrote a great review for Tim in service dept in March 2016. when I returned in Jan 2017 for routine 50,000 miles service, Tim was no longer there and the service was the pits. I am wondering if he left due to refusing to push unneeded service such as "top engine cleaning service" that I agreed to in ignorance on my visit yesterday. when I arrived for service my car was running fine with no problems. When I left the dealership I experienced hesitant acceleration after a stop at a traffic light and a huge amount of smoke coming out of exhaust pipe when the accelerator finally responded. I am now holding my breath and hoping this was a one time situation caused by the "top engine cleaning service" which I now know was a rip off at $138.

    I had a great experience; the representative I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. Considering what I needed done, I would say it was done quickly. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend. I did not give five stars because when I got there I was not immediately greeted, and I felt like I was being ignored for a bit. If they address this issue, they will get five stars next time.

    The experience was quite comfortable and not one of great pressure to buy. The salesman was helpful and informative. He listened to my desires and needs.The financial officer was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

    This is my very first car that I financed at a REAL dealership. I admit, I wasn't ready for the service charge (prices), but it was truly a great experience. Map periodically came out and checked on me being that I was there for some time. He also kept me up to date where they were as far as services done to my car. Thank you so much guys! It's truly been wonderful dealing with you'll; as well as watching how you'll treated everyone else. A+

    I took my vehicle in for its first 6 months/5000 mile check up. I pulled up and waited until some one finally acknowledged me. The young man was very professional and I am happy that I was able to get in without an appointment that day, since I was already scheduled for a later appointment the coming Saturday. My car was serviced promptly for tires rotation, and I was happy until I took possession of my vehicle.

    I guess that I may have been spoiled from going to Atlanta Toyota. There, you are promptly greeted by service personnel, and your vehicle is ALWAYS given back to you cleaner than you brought it in. They vacuum out your vehicle before giving it back to you. No, my vehicle was not very messy on the inside; but it could have looked a lot better had it been vacuumed.
