We just moved here from California so we don't know much about the area. We went to the grocery store not sure what to expect I was actually surprised thr prices were decent they have almost everything you need without having to go to a Big Town to get it. They frequently have sales and specials and the staff are wonderful. The only negative thing I have to say is they're closed on Sundays but I guess that's most of the town. The bonus is having a True Value attached so you can get some of those extra things that aren't grocery related and still stay in budget.

We love out of town, but always stop by Stokes on our way through town. Great service.

4 stars for a grocery store is pretty good. It is close, clean, conveniently laid out, and not over- priced. The reason I didn't give it a fifth star was for Customer service. The lady checking us out didn't act very friendly or smile, and when I was looking for something, I needed to seek out a person and then get their attention.

Your employee Heidi took forever to check out my groceries. She took about 20 minutes with the lady in front of me, and she only walked out with two bags. Then sat there and wrote circles on some receipt, without acknowledging I had patiently been waiting to be checked out for 25 minutes now. I was late picking up my daughter from gymnastics cause Heidi didn't have the decency to hurry the hell up

Most employees are rude, and aggressive. Asking you to remove your bags, such as a backpack isn't okay. This should be dealt with immediately.

Storing insulin in a hot car on a 96°F (35°C) day isn't good for it's longevity, effectiveness.

Also how are you supposed to store, or carry your wallet if you don't like putting it in your pocket. Don't they want you to buy products?

Maybe you didn't come to Stokes in an automobile? Possibly the backpack feels nice on your back? If anyone wants to steal or, commit any kind of attack let them. It okay, it's human nature, and happens. Look into the old history of war. Prosecute them, and live on. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I hope this review reaches to Stokes, maybe mark a change? If not I honestly hope it demolishes the SEO, free social media, and internet marketing integrity. ☺️

It's nice that it is close to my home and their staff is real nice but their produce hasn't been the best quality.

Friendly helpful staff, good produce, ample meat selection, clean store, nice bakery, bank access, flowers, and a hardware store. Nicely convenient. Very thankful for their service and the many benefits they contribute to the community.
