I got a speeding ticket which required me to come to court in person from Oklahoma to Butler Missouri. I called Charles and from the first conversation on the phone he described the process and made it simple to understand easier. I did not need to come to court and Charles handled everything for me. Highly recommend him for any issues you might have. I am glad I called him and worked with him.

I had a pending case for alleged DUI in Independence, MO. Further, I violated the implied consent agreement when I refused to submit to a breathalyzer once stopped This meant I was looking at an automatic one year suspension of my driver's license in addition to whatever penalties resulted from the alleged DUI.
Charles was able to get the criminal case completely tossed out and with that, my license case was dismissed.

I was charged with a DUI in Platte County (the worst), Charles not only got the license case dismissed but he was also able to do the same for the CRIMINAL case! Mr. Stinger was very patient and made sure that I was able to still drive while the case was ongoing. He appeared on my behalf numerous times over the last year without any complaints/issues. I would definitely recommend Stinger Law, LLC. to anyone that is looking for an honest, straightforward, hardworking attorney. Keep up the good work and thanks again for the help!

I was charged with a DUI, I blew over the legal limit, and never thought I would see the light and day driving again. Charles did an outstanding job helping me get my license back, I highly recommend Charles to be your DUI lawyer. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, don't be afraid to give him a call. I was pulled over in Grandview within less than 100 feet of my apartment. Grandview police attempted to charge me with a DUI. I refused to blow or take any field sobriety test. This was a very stressful time in my life. After reading reviews on multiple DUI lawyers and law firms for days on end i found one that stood out among the rest, Charles Stinger. It was a long process but well worth it. He got my criminal DUI charge dropped, one of the best days in my life to feel vindicated with a win. I will tell everyone i know about his practice. Now i can move on with my life.

I recently had the pleasure of having Charles Stinger represent me as my attorney in a DWI case. Charles explained to me he was not like other lawyers and was looking for good results in all of the cases he represented. The other lawyers I talked to just wanted my money to plead me guilty without even reviewing my side of the story. Charles fought for me every step along the way and was able to get my DWI charge dropped!!! I was so relieved and would refer Mr. Stinger to anyone out there seeking legal advice.

Charles Stinger is a fantastic lawyer. I was convicted of an offense that could possibly end my career that I am currently attending school for. Charles took my case and worked diligently on it, resulting in the charges being amended to a failure to register, thus allowing me to pursue my dreams. Mr. Stinger has a deep knowledge about DUI offenses and is very known in the courtroom. I would highly recommend Mr. Stinger to anyone in need of representation in any case.
