Do you have a success story about involving pediatric care?
Two come to mind. The first one is about a mother brought in her 9-month-old baby girl whose symptoms were unable to have a bowel movement. The medical approach was to give her an enema once a week. I found her to be subluxated (bone out of alignment in her spine pinching nerves) after correcting her subluxations she was able to have bowel movements again and gain some weight!
It’s National Heat Awareness Day and making sure you are hydrated is key! Extreme heat can be life-threatening and detrimental to your health! Spread the word today and remind everyone to keep themselves hydrated by drinking plenty of water!

What was your most memorable relief?
I had a patient who was also a personal friend call on a Saturday morning just before closing, he stated that he was doing some heavy lifting, felt this debilitating pain in his back and went down to the floor unable to stand. His wife got him into the car and he crawled down a city street and down the steps to enter my office, he left my office walking!
It's time for spring cleaning, which can mean lifting heavy items! 📦

A. The great state of Illinois! I grew up in the western part of the state near the Mississippi River and now live in Chicago!
