Their budtenders customer service are the best, always friendly and very accommodating. Like Janiah, one of the nicest person I've ever met. very knowledgeable on different cannabis strains are amazing!

Very fresh, very clean and safe environment. Plenty of guards and employees on duty to push the busy lines out quickly. Professional as it gets compared to other shops. Open at convenient times both early and late. Thursday seems to be training days

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE, AND THE PRODUCTS ARE SOMETIMES QUESTIONABLE. I purchased gummies, which were on sale, and there wasn't an expiration date on the product. When I inquired about it, they were speculating on the date being a year from the package date, and when compared, all the other products had 6 month expiration dates. 2nd time there, budtender told us 1 price for products, but charged us a completely different price. And I was there with a first time customer, so the discount ended up being in vein because we were OVER CHARGED. Went back inside immediately to make them aware of the overcharge, and they said all sales are final and that the budtender made a mistake about the price, so he'll have a talk with her. Having a talk with her DOESN'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX THIS CURRENT ERROR. ANY GOOD REPUTABLE BUSINESS WOULD'VE AND SHOULD'VE HONORED THE PRICE WE WERE TOLD, AND MADE THE SITUATION RIGHT. There won't be another trip to this location for me. RELUCTANCY TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE, MEANS I WON'T SUPPORT YOUR TERRIBLE BUSINESS WITH MY MONEY.
