Kathy S., office manager at Stevens Disposal takes care of business very well. She is a person of her word, honoring their quotes, resolving issues quickly when they arise, and responding by email quickly and promptly. Also, the trash and recycling pickup is always reliable and on time. Prices are reasonable as well. I was not familiar with Stevens before we moved to our new home, but am very glad we chose them for our trash and recycling needs.

I was interested in starting trash pick up services with Steven's Disposal so I emailed them, gave my full address, and asked about pricing and any start up fees. I was told it would be $30 for three trash cans so I decided I would call and set it up. Once I called I was told it would be $42 because of my location (that I gave in the first email). It is this kind of lack of communication and variance that I stray from in the services that I choose.

They threw away one of my little trash cans. When I called to ask for a new one, they claimed they don't throw cans away, no shiit. Doesn't mean one of your employees didn't throw it away. So now im out a can. I will be making the switch from this GARBAGE company.

Ive had nothing but a great experience with these guys in Bedford Twp. Customer service is friendly and quick, collectors are polite and courteous and pickup 19/20 times is timely.

It looks like "We Haul" in Ida is retiring their business and has turned their customers over to Stevens Disposal. There are those in the area that do not like Stevens and will look elsewhere. Some will give Stevens a shot.
Message to Stevens: Dont mess it up. There are those who will give you a chance or another chance, but the first time you screw up, they will drop you like you were hot.report this review -

THESE GUYS REALLY HATE THEIR JOBS AND HAVE ZEEERROOO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, WE JUST GOT THESE PEOPLE IN MEADOWBROOK ESTATE IN MONROE AND "THEY SUCK"! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Horrible customer service. Wish I could give zero stars, because this pathetic excuse for a company doesn't deserve one star. Put trash out Thursday night for Friday pickup. Trash was not picked up Friday so it sat out all weekend. Called after work on Monday to ask when it would be picked up. The rude lady that answered tells me that two trucks ran our route on Friday, then proceeds to call me a liar by saying "I don't believe you had your trash out on Thursday night." Excuse me? Did she really just say that to a customer? We did have our garbage out on Thursday night and We are not the only house on the street with garbage out all weekend, so something happened on Steven's end and they are not taking responsibility for it. Now I have full cans that won't be picked up for another week and of course Steven's will not do anything to credit our account for the missed pickup. This company has no concern for their paying customers whatsoever. A three star rating is embarrassing to say the least, and I feel this company doesn't even deserve that. This is not the first issue we have had with Steven's and will be looking for a new garbage company immediately.

Stevens disposal does a great job. They are always very helpful and reliable. Paige does a very good job there and is always extremely helpful if I have any questions.

Horrible service . They smashed our cans. We have been awaken at 430 am by their radio that was so loud we could hear it a 1/4 mile from our home.This last problem is that after last week's holiday my trash should have been gone Sat am and still have not picked it up .This is Mon. When my wife called to inquire she was told that it will all be picked up in Fri. WOW . What happened to my prepayment from last week? Bonus?

Terrible service! They destroyed one of my garbage cans, They last 3 out of 4 weeks did not pick up my yard waste. I live in Raisin Ridge and we have simple disposable rules to follow which I do. After this last garbage pick up date on 06/28/16 they picked up my other neighbors yard waist but not mine again so I called them and they said the supervisor says he'll have them come and pick it up after their route was complete. Next day nope nobody picked it up. I called back spoke to someone named Josh explained to him the situation and he talked to the supervisor and wasn't aware they did not pick it up from the day before like they were supposed to. So Josh said the supervisor says they'll be out today to get it on Friday. Guess what they never did came Friday either and closed on Saturdays. Guess I wait until the next pickup date to see if they will take it. Terrible services probably the cheapest one around so you get substandard service.

Great Job by Stevens Disposal! After the 4th of July holiday, I had an enormous bunch of trash and it was all picked up and my garbage cans were all neatly stacked in a row. Great job Stevens Disposal!
