    Julie was fantastic. The shuttle service? Not-so-much... Dropping off the car was very smooth and efficient. They process a lot of cars and the long line can look scary. However, they really move through the queue quickly, and they do it while maintaining a personalized experience. And while the outbound shuttle to my office a few blocks away was good, the pick up never happened despite several calls. Ultimately, they didn't leave me stranded came to fetch me. Kudos also to the Genius bar for help setting up the entertainment system.

    Sean Henry, my service advisor was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I had planned for waiting for an oil change service. However, Sean looked into the records and said that the car was due for new spark plugs, new wipers, etc. When I was concerned for the longer wait time that would affect my other plans, Sean said he would try his best to get the work done ASAP. And, to my wonderful surprise, the work was done in much less time than estimated. I think Sean did an excellent job. The facility is very clean with people being totally dedicated to keeping the place clean and inviting. Everyone is very helpful, and is prepared to go out of their way to help proactively.

    We took our BMW X5 on Nov 8 to Stevens Creek BMW for servicing. Our service specialist Derek Elliott did an excellent job and completed the work ahead of time. He was very friendly, professional and customer focused. When the car got ready, we got a note advising us to pick up the car. The whole process from leaving car at the shop to taking it back was very easy. Though they are always busy, I have never seen any lack in Derek's customer service. I'd certainly recommend Derek and Stevens Creek BMW to anyone interested in buying or servicing their car.

    We had our car towed there on a Sunday evening. I called Monday to ask if they had the car and if I could get a loaner. No return call. I called Tuesday and told the service receptionist my problem. She said she would find my Service Rep and they would call me back. No return call. On Wednesday I called again and was told my Service Rep was Sara and I was transferred to her extension. Sara didn’t answer and I left ANOTHER message with the details of my problem. No return call. At my wits end, Thursday I called again, very angry and was put through to Ricardo, a different Service Rep. He wasn’t sure they even had my car. 4 days after it was towed to them and they haven’t even bothered to look at it. Ricardo called me back and said they found my car and would have to perform a diagnostic on it, but they couldn’t because the battery was dead and wouldn’t jump start. He said he’d call me back. The next day Ricardo called and said they had found my fuel pump needed replacing and there was a fuel leak. I could get a loaner car (5 days after my car was towed to them) but I needed to pick it up late in the afternoon. I could only get there in the mornings so I arranged to pick up my loaner car the following day (Sat.).
    When we came in to pick up my loaner, the staff at Stevens Creek BMW seemed to be completely overwhelmed. They looked like a bunch of ants running all aver the place. This facility has grown too large and they can’t handle all the amount of business it has. Everyone who works there seems to be drowning in the amount of work they have. The place is frenetic.
    My car was ready to pick up Wednesday night. No advance notice. We got the car Thursday and all seems fine . But we will not be back to this dealership for service. As an aside, we stopped at a Porsche dealership just down the road. What a difference! A calm environment. We were greeted upon entering. The service manager talked to us and answered my husbands’ questions. BMW should walk down the street and see how a customer should be treated!

    As a first time customer of Stevens Creek BMW, I can say that I am extremely happy with the service. From the minute I arrived I was greeted and then introduced to my service advisor- Sean Henry. Sean was very friendly, helpful and kept me in the loop on the warranty work being done on my car. The dealership is very nice and offers complimentary drinks (Starbucks) while you wait. Keep up the good work! The dealership and Sean are great to deal with every time from making an appointment to dropping off and picking up my car.

    So I've reviewed the service department in the past and just as before hands down amazing, Justin Carlos really goes out of his way to make everything as seamless and painless as possible. This time, I want to give excellent feedback on Anthony with the car rentals. I made my appointment with Justin about two weeks ago to reserve a car, and when I arrived he informed me that the reservation was never met, no harm no foul it happens. Anthony then rises to the occasion and is able to make things work and get me an excellent X1 as a loaner car. Stevens creek BMW...all day long. As a side note, my wife are now in the market for a BMW SUV...guess where I'll be going :-)

    The service was performed on time and good. The service advisor was nice and knowledgeable.
    -2 stars because of the long wait time in getting a loaner and my car back.
    They have made changes to there procedures in getting a loaner. Now they have a dedicated loaner desk outside which is supposed to speed things up but it is doing the opposite. I had to wait almost 20-25 Minutes before I could get a loaner with only 2 people before me in line to get loaners. Earlier that process used to be less than 5 minutes.
    After the service and paying off the dues, I had to wait for getting my car back for more than 30 minutes. When I asked for the reason of the delay I was told that they are still trying to locate my car which does not inspire confidence.

    I really enjoyed my experience at BMW Stevens Creek. Max, specifically, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very straight forward and clearly hardworking and thoughtful, which made the process very smooth. Max ensured we moved through the process as quickly as possible and set us up with everything we needed along the way. He has also followed up to ensure we don't have any further questions, which has been great.

    An amazing experience! Derek was an amazing Service Advisor. My wife and I had purchased our BMW X5 at the Mountain View dealership along with extended warranties. We have been taking our car there for service for 5 years; however, we always ran into issues. The service was so bad we had decided to never buy a BMW again...what spurred our taking the car to Steven's Creek as an ongoing issue with the brakes. Long story short: we took our car in to Mountain View and nothing was wrong...a week later, the brake light is going off again along with a fault tire-pressure sensor warning. We make an appointment at Steven's Creek BMW: best decision ever! We take the car in and Derek gives us a walk around and points out a couple of concerns. We leave the car for a few days and they discover: numerous oil leaks and a drive-shaft recall...they handle EVERYTHING: fixed the leaks, replaced the drive-shaft, fixed the brakes, fixed the tire-pressure sensor! AMAZING! Taking our car here definitely has put BMW back into the running for further car purchases!

    This is my second BMW i3 lease from Stevens Creek BMW. I love the i3 and the thorough, attentive, and professional help I receive from this dealership. I turned in my first car and got the second in lighting fast speed... a little over two hours for everything. The new i3 has a much longer driving range before needing a charge (close to 130m), and comes with great financial incentives for a two-year lease. This model is perfect for city driving... fast, agile, and green. I am really glad I decided to get this car again.

    We had an excellent experience at our local BMW Dealer. Manny, the sale rep was very helpful. He made the process smooth and got us exactly what we were looking for. The finance manager, Gil has a very positive vibe and great sense of humor. He explained everything to us in detail and left no room for confusion. We also got a chance to work with Genius team members Jimmy who was very knowledgable and patient.
    We defiantly recommend doing business with BMW of Stevens Creek.

    I was very happy with my experience with Stevens Creek BMW, from the time I arrived to the time I left. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I was very pleased with my service advisor, Sarah. I called to see if I could bring my car in without having an appointment. She said absolutely I could and to ask for her when I got there. Sarah was there immediately to check me in. She was very professional and helpful. I very much appreciated dealing with her and now have her in my contacts list.

    I started to experience rough idle and abnormal engine vibration (especially when 3k+ RPM) with my 2011 CPO 3 series on a cold morning. I immediately did some research and found this could be due to worn coils. I was trying to make an appointment first but realized the closest availability would be in a few days.

    I decided to walk in instead so I came to the service department 7:30 in the Monday morning. The service crew was extremely friendly to me even if I didn't have an appointment. Vince, my service advisor was super helpful and provided top-notch customer service. I went in and got out in less than 30 minutes after dropping off my car. Unfortunately that Monday was extremely busy for those guys so my car didn't get inspected (Vince was able to keep me updated). But next day Vince called me and told my the diagnosis was done and the rough idle & engine vibration was because of failed coils and they would replace all 6 of them under my CPO warranty, which saved me $$$$. I was able to pick up my car same day in the afternoon.

    I waited for about an hour to pick up my vehicle after I signed all the paperwork and paid the deductible because there were just so many cars there and they had to sort things out. But overall I had a 5-star service experience with Vince and the service department at Stevens Creek BMW.

    I'm in the market for a new BMW so definitely will consider doing business with Stevens Creek BMW again.

    I just brought a car from this place and everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Perla. She was awesome. She helped me and was very patient the entire time even though I didn't have all my paperwork, she help me access it without a problem. She made my first car experience one I will always remember and I hope that when it's time to get another car, the next salesperson and experience will be just a good as this one. Thank you

    It was too bad ever. There is a dealer who is a F liar. I bought a 2008 BMW X5 that has so many problems. Emergency break was broken when first I picked up the car. The dealer promised me to figure out it next the day, and I drove the car from Oakland to the dealer shop. But he said "I am so busy today. If you bring the car next week, I will give you loaner car."
    So I went to the Stevens Creek BMW shop again. He said "The loaner car will prepare next Monday. If you bring it next Monday, I will fill up gas on your car."
    And I drove again to the Stevens Creek BMW shop on the Monday. White smoke is coming up from the coolant hose and coolant is leaking a lot when I am driving to the shop. I went to local shop and took an inspection. They found major oil leaking that was $3000 job, also emergency break malfunction was $1500 job. I fixed EM break problem in the shop. And I still fixing oil leaking problem in 3 month. I knew used car always has a problem. If he did not promise that, I did not have to go to the dealer shop again !!!!!!!!!!!. The F dealer recommend one of $4000 extension warranty, but the company's warranty does not work. Many the customers did not get their money back!!!!. Do not believe their service.
