I am a small business owner and I was afraid that I would lose my business if I filed for Bankruptcy. I also lost a home when the market crashed and had some credit card debt. I had my first consultation with the paralegal Ileana and it was free. I had lots of questions and doubts about filing. Ileana put me at ease and walked me through the whole process. When my account was garnished unexpectedly, I went to see Ileana and she was very Kind and helpful. Mr. Weed's recommendation was to file Bankruptcy and clean up my credit. I could not afford a garnishment so they were able to file my case quickly. I now have been able to breath again and get back on track. I have been able to get a unsecured credit card since filling for Bankruptcy. Thank you to The Law Offices of Robert Weed and especially to Ileana Nunez because she was able to answer all my questions and concerns. It was nice that she spoke Spanish. She made feel comfortable about the process and was able to calm any fears I had about filling.
