Stephens College, Center for Career and Professional Development is dedicated to providing a holistic approach to career and life planning for the diverse student body of Stephens. We will not only educate, but empower Stephen’s women in the career development process to allow them to be confident and successful when beginning their professional career. Our services are provided to all students, undergraduate and graduate, as well as Alumnae of Stephens.

In partnership with employers, Alumnae, and parents the Center for Career and Professional Development will provide lifelong career development opportunities in the following ways:

• Career assessment, consultation, and exploration
• Career Counseling in the following areas: job search assistance, career goal planning, networking, resume/cover letter review, portfolio preparation, and mock interviews
• Career Fairs: Part-Time and Full-Time
• Online job database (CSO) which allows for job search (part-time, full-time, internships), on campus interviews, employer resume books, and a resource library
• Workshops for soft skill development
