  Visit here often when I'm hungry. I visit here with friends although sometimes the cooks are very slow. My preference waitress is Mercedes, she's very nice and has a sense of humor.

  Went with family today and was severely dissatisfied with the service, or lack thereof. Went in and put our name in to be seated, party of 12, and despite our rational patience, they disregarded that we were even there. Never have I been so ignored in the food service industry. Understandably there was going to be a long wait for a group of 12, after we waited patiently, without qualms for over an hour the tables we needed opened up. Three four-seated tables in a row, ready to be pushed together so we could enjoy a family outing, however the staff decided to seat others at those tables, people who were not there before us, people who had just walked in and been seated. Of course you can't just ask those people to get up, so there we were, over an hour and seats taken. Upon asking for a manager, we spoke with one, she just apologizes without offering a solution. So we went to Denny's across the street, were seated in what seemed like 38 seconds and was most definitely under a minute. We had a delicious meal and great conversation amongst our family members... At Denny's.

  I always eat here after I visit the mall. Great food at affordable prices. I always buy the triple cheeseburger and fries. Delicious!

  Good food and good shakes terrible service. Spilled our drinks messed up & mixed up orders. The hired help drags this otherwise good establishment down.

  Their service is super slow, but the food is good with the price! Their $4 menu has several good options. Try Cajun steak burger (if you like spicy food!) and western steak burger!

  We had the best server we've ever had Sunday night between 8-9 pm. Sorry didn't get her name, but was an elderly lady with red hair & freckles.

  Not good at all, very bad in fact. Food was prepared hastily, with no care. The burger was crunchy from start to finish an thoroughly burnt. Service was horrible at best I watched the server punch my order in incorrectly, I tried to correct her and then she flat out ignored me. This place used to be awesome, I dont know what happened.

  Fast and cheap doesn't have to be tasteless. Fun diner style restaurant with really fast and friendly service. The shakes are hard to beat. Good selection of types of shakes. I've never been a fan of thick burgers. Give me the thin patties with a good char on them any day. Also don't muck it up with crazy toppings thank you. So, I love their traditional burgers here. Prices are this side of crazy low.
  Overall, nice experience.

  When I have been here over the last few years it has been in decline. The service is always very slow, I often do not have refils delivered, and the door gets a line while servers appear to notice but fail to acknowledge you at the door or offer to help.
  
  The food however is always hot and tasty. And the shakes are excellent. If you don't mind being a little thirsty and having to wait it's a great place for a burger. The fries are amazing.
