Rental rates were fair. I picked up the equipment from their store. They explained the equipment's usage in detail. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Overpriced but decent equipment. Called to have it returned and they charged me an extra 10 days. Lift was parked inside a building and they claimed that they weren't allowed to drive it out due to their insurance policy after my crew had pulled off the job. On top of that they charged me extra to clean the machine. Called and asked them to make this reasonable. They did nothing. Call Sunbelt, United, Blueline, Skyworks, Caterpillar. Cheaper better equipment without ripping you off.
