    Absolutely the worst pest control company in the area. Instead of termite treatment for the whole house( which was part of contract), they only treated one spot and termites traveled to another area of the house. I would not refer State Pest Control to any one based on my experience.

    Called them to come out because we have bed bugs
    They came right out and spoke with us
    We signed a contract for them to spray, and then heat our home for 7 hours to 130 degrees
    First they sprayed.
    We made sure we were gone hours after they said it was safe to go in because we have 8 dogs, 10 special needs young adults, and my 95 year old father in law that has Alzheimer's living with us
    My dogs reacted immediately, drooling, foaming at the mouth, and yelping.
    My husband called and texted for HOURS to try and find out what chemicals they used so we could call the vet
    NO RESPONSE
    We had to find places to stay so they could heat our home
    That's 13 people displaced, but we were so happy we would have our home back
    Came in after the house was heated to find live bed bugs crawling around
    My husband again texted for HOURS. NO RESPONSE
    The NEXT DAY we finally got a response
    The guy is on vacation and someone will be in touch MONDAY MORNING
    What do we do with 8 dogs and 13 people in the meantime?
    Do we go to a motel, where this whole mess started in the first place?
    Do we bring everything back in to chance it being reinvested?
    Do we let our family come in and continue to be bitten?
    Are they going to spray?
    Do we need to continue to pay to have our dogs kenneled?
    Some kind of answer TODAY would be nice, don't you think???

    Worst experience ever. They came out to do a treatment for bugs. Claim it was guaranteed. However, after a few weeks still having the same issue. They come back again to re treat. However, come to find out they did a half re treat job because they claim they were short staffed and that they couldn't access all places. However, before I left home I asked if everything was good and did they need us to do anything else. There service man said yes everything was good, not to mention he had my phone number and could have called if any issues he noticed after I left. Didn't hear from them one bit, until I get home and a few days later still having same issue. I call to speak with a manager and to this day still haven't gotten a call back. They are clearly a joke. They expect you to pay them for something they didn't do. The devil is a liar.

    The worst company to do business can"t get a straight answer from anyone. Have had my money for over three weeks and nothing has been done!!! Cant believe they are still in business!!!! I would not even give them one star !

    Absolutely the worst company to do business with. I had them do work last year, paid the bill within 3 days of service and they cannot seem to get in their accounting system. I have carried the canceled checks to them multiple times and they say I own nothing but have continued to get bills since March of 2016. Today I got letters from a collection agency. Had conversations with the former owner who I spoke with personally last month before he sold the company, now tells me it's not his problem and nothing he can do. In the future I would suggest never do business with any company Wes Wooten of Dunn is involved with!

    This company is a joke and an extreme waste of time. I paid 2k for a deposit to begin work on my crawlspace to fix moisture issues. The company not only cashed the check 2 weeks before they ever showed up. They also ruined my home and ripped all my insulation out from underneath my home and left the debris sitting on my lawn on memorial day weekend. Then it took another 2 weeks to get then out to even begin attempting the job coerectly. After repeated attempts to contact the owner Mr Wes Wooten and his team were clearly not interested in conducting the work properly. So finally the manager calls me and asks well we can bring in another contractor (from fayettville) over 2hrs aeay from my house,to fix your insulation or we can just give you your deposit back. I was fed up by this time and simply wanted my check back. Oh but wait we don't handle refunds here on the carolinas, I waited another 2 weeks for my check to get "cut" and shipped from seasons florida. DON'T let these guys near your home unless you love wasting time and money on nothing.
