Our program is serving Stark County, Illinois out-of-school youth, ages 16-21, who need to earn their GED and begin exploring and/or training for a career or move on to college.
Black Hawk College would like to help further their education. If you or your child has not yet earned their GED, please let us help!

A few of the requirements to enroll a student in our Stark County Youth Program are as follows: high school drop-out, low income, Stark County Illinois resident, and between ages 16-21.
