  This unfriendly Starbucks will charge you full price for a refill unless you bought the first cup in their store. Utterly ridiculous. I'd like to think that this is a short-sited decision made by the young (25ish) person behind the counter, but I fear it's poor management.
  
  I explained that the app recognizes refill prices as long as you purchased a cup that same day regardless of whether the 1st cup was purchased at that store. She had a prepared statement about the philosophy behind free drip coffee refills for Gold Members. Really? She knows what the founder had in mind, and it's not what the app does?
  
  To add insult to injury, when I told her that I'd pay full price for 2 fresh cups of drip coffee but that I'd never visit their store again, she said "That's fine!"
  
  I'm glad they have all the customers the want because I'll never patronize them again.

  This location is ok for grabbing a cup if you happen to be in the store.. but there's a better Starbucks literally across the parking lot.

  This Starbucks is not up to par. There were 4 people working when I just went in and me and my sister were the only ones waiting yet no one seemed to feel like they needed to take our order until 4 minutes passed by. Then I ordered the Vanilla Cold Brew Iced Coffee and I watched the barista fill my grande cup up only half way and fill the rest with water- every other Starbucks that's made me this drink just uses coffee NO WATER. I'm paying 4 dollars for COFFEE not substitutes. And to top it off the lady when I asked responded very rudely. Terrible experience overall.
