I placed an order through DoorDash for this restaurant and the owner called me to say he didn’t have the ingredients to make what I ordered. He then asked if I wanted the cancel the order I explained yes because I am allergic to the order he said he sent instead. He started yelling and said throw the food away he doesn’t care he’s not canceling the order and call DoorDash. I advised him he needs to refund my money & this is very unprofessional he continued yelling at me & then hung up on me. He may have great food but I will never know because his service is horrible! Terrible! Unprofessional! Rude! Mean! I am confused! How do I place an order pay you and you tell me I don’t have your order but I sent something different. Wow!

Pizza was over cooked both times I've had it and a bug was going in my salad. I went to tell them about the issue and the owner did nothing, not even offer a refund. Will never go to this pizza place, neither should you

This pizza is THE BEST around Roswell, Alpharetta, & Woodstock! Our family loves this pizza, wings, & salad and stop when we're in the area.
Also, we are planning a second outing with our Middle School group. The managers (of both locations) are so very kind, and the service is outstanding!report this review -

This is the best local pizza joint you will ever find. You won't find quality pizza like this anywhere else! Try the Spicy buffalo chicken and Mediterranean!!!

Always on time for delivery. The app they use to order from (Slice) is wonderful and gives multiple discounts. They NEVER skimp on toppings! It is my go to place when I am unable to leave the office for lunch

Wow, unbelievable quick, kind, and friendly service. Both the Pizza and Service exceed all the other competition. Non-greasy not over seasoned taste. They know how to make a pizza and he to treat customers

Pizza isn't really pizza. It's some basic bread with literal pasta sauce and i think only one type of cheese. If you are thinking of new York stuff try another place.

Worst pizza experiences consistently every single time. Whether it's pick up or delivery your pizza and or wings will never be ready at the promised time. EVER. I decided tonight to give what was once my favorite pizza place one last chance and ended up extremely disappointed yet again. The result: it's over an hour later, I had an incredibly rude exchange with management who has poor customer service skills, my toddler is now starving, and my husband is headed to our local Little Ceasar's for a hot and ready. I cancelled my order while the guy was at my door because I REFUSE to give them a cent of my money ever again. I hope this helps someone avoid ordering from them and wasting their time.

I walked into Star Pizza & Deli expecting an average salad and service. The building is in a complex and not too visible from the road. I was pleasantly surprised with the service upon entering. The man who helped me was very kind and accommodating to my salad order. He was quick with the service and the salad was one of the best Greek Salads I have had in quite a while. I will be returning to this establishment often and recommending it to my friends! This one trip turned my day around for the better. Very satisfied. 😀
