I came up here with my girlfriend and her family. We all had an awesome time. When we looked this place up on Google we were shocked that a few people posted rude comments about the business.
The owners were so nice to us. They were Korean. Although they didn't speak fluent English we could understand one thing clearly. They were grateful that we came by and treated us with love, respect and decency. They deserve the same.report this review -

I liked this place very much. I am of the older generation and was raised in Japan. I thought this place was nice because the owners treated my friends and I with a great deal of respect and humility.
They run a traditional Asian business that focuses more on serving the customers and maintaining their privacy to the highest degree.
By serving the needs of their customers first the owners have brought honor to themselves and their business. They will be blessed for this.

My friends and I visited here recently. The owners were pretty firm, but polite when we arrived. They asked us to be respectful to other customers.
We ended up having a good time because everyone was so respectful back to us. I like the way the owners run this business because they want to make sure everyone is treated the way they should be treated.report this review -

I wanted to take my wife to a Karaoke place for our 25th wedding anniversary. My boss recommended this place because it caters to an older, professional crowd, we wanted something a little more classy and exclusive.
This was the best anniversary that we ever had. We had better service here than any other place we have gone too in the past. The owner and, his wife gave us VIP treatment from the time we walked in the door. They seem very particular about the type of customers who they cater too and make sure that the customers never have any problems. We made friends with a few other couples who were regular customers. They all appreciated the fact that Mr. Lee and his wife go so far out of the way to keep everyone happy. That was the main reason why they loved coming here.
I want to thank Mr Lee and his wife for a wonderful night that we will always remember. We love them for how hard they worked just to make sure we were happy. They are awesome!report this review -

This is my all time favorite Karaoke establishment. The owner, Lee has made it a very traditional and authentic Korean establishment. It Is very rare to find that these days. I applaud Lee for maintaining such a high level of professional standards.
Patrons can look forward to enjoying themselves in a private atmosphere. Lee values their patronage and takes great care to ensure the satisfaction of every customer that walks in the door. His service is impeccable and demonstrates how much he really cares about his customers. He deserves your business. They still do not speak English. I was only asking how muchthat's pretty odd/bad. Someone there should at least speak transactional English.

I tried calling up there and the guy said sorry I don't speak English and hung up on me and wouldn't answer when I called back. Very rude I do not recommend going here really bad customer service
