  So aggravated and disgusted with customer service from the corporate level. I bought a desk lamp on 9/29 around 5:15 pm, using my debit card. Got it home and it was broken. Returned to store around 6:30 pm. Swapped it out, the cashier swiped my card to refund (I have reciept) and then swiped to pay for new. SO 5 days later, I am still waiting for my refund. Called the local store and had to wait thru 2 minutes of advertising and button pushing to get to a live person. the manager said they can't help me - I have to call the 800#. This is completely ridiculous.
  
  I am angry and disgusted at the level of customer service. Such a simple transaction and I am the one that ends up having to do all the work because of their faulty product. BTW, the SECOND lamp I got was packed differently, leading me to believe the first lamp I bought was already probably broken when I bought it. Why do these big corporations feel like it is okay to stick it to their customers?

  I could not be more displeased. I went to send a fax. A FAX. To a 1800 #, so its free. I knew I woyld have to pay something, and I knew my fax was large but 55.00 later!!! What. I cant believe it cost that much. They literally didnt use paper or pay for the call. It was merely the services. Worth 5.00 tops. Such a rip off to your customers.

  The color copies are expensive, and neither of their self-serve sliding paper cutters work very well (they leave, jagged edges, tear the paper, and are hard to use). I won't be returning to this store.

  LOVE THERE SERVICE!
  They are so amazing and sell the cutest school supplies at a fraction of Walmarts costs.

  little to no service within store self serve copiers do not function . billed twice for print job that was not complete and no credit offered incredibly frustrating store
