  Very pleased with my car buying experience here I bought my car 2 years ago and I haven't had any issues with it the payments are very affordable and I love my ride the staff is professional and I'm very comfortable with them I will buy my cars from them and only them I've been coming to them for years and it's always been a pleasure

  Are you looking for good and quality car to buy? This is the place. I bought my wife's car here two years ago and we never had a problem with him. Besides this Stan facilitates payment and is very flexible with its customers. Recommend

  Watch out. I was helped by an online salesman who was professional and helpful even still to this day. However when I got to the dealer things were not as they explained. The mileage listed on the vehicles was way off. My wife bought a vehicle from here too and the owner was pleasant to deal with until something went wrong with the car less than a week of owning. When we went to talk to the owner his solution was you can give the car back but you don’t get your deposit back. We explained we were concerned with this particular mechanical issue because this vehicle is a daily commuter with our children. His response I don’t know what to tell you. The salesman seemed uninterested didn’t even offer for a test drive. When I inquired about an aftermarket warranty they told me I don’t need it because I have a 90 day warranty but they only cover 50%. Honestly Brad the online salesman and the Asst office manager are the only people you will get honesty from. Once Stan has your money he doesn’t care and won’t entertain a conversation with you.

  I would't even give him a single star! This guy's a crook! Sold my daughter who has 3 small children a roach infested vehicle. She had to take it back multiple times to them for treatments. Their idea of treatment was a few Raid Roach traps! Finally took the vehicle to a detail shop they use, the guy had to take out the head liner, all the seats, door panels, dash board, stripped it all back..and found literally thousands of roaches and nests. UNBELIEVABLE!! I really wish they would've turned it back in then but they wanted to trust Stan Thompson. HUGE MISTAKE! Today my daughter took the vehicle to have the AC looked at, no cold air. She specifically told them to let her know the cost BEFORE doing any repairs, NOPE. Got a call that her bill was almost $500.00 and work was done, they even did an oil change that she never needed or wanted. They demanded payment before releasing the vehicle, She simply didn't have the full amount so they told her she had to pay a portion of that and the rest would be added to her loan. When confronted with the fact that she had not approved of the work or even been notified Stan Thompson told her "you'll be happy when you're driving with air conditioning." BAD BUSINESS!!

  The buying process was fine and salesman was nice. I bought a car here for my Fiancè and decided to use their buy here pay here route instead of getting the car financed through a bank. I did this because I did not want the car to show up on my credit since I am in the process of trying to purchase a home. After only a couple months of making payments this dealership got the ability to report to the bureaus which they didn’t originally have when I purchased. So they started reporting my payments to the bureaus, which is fine (good for people who need to improve credit - I don’t) because I made them on time, but kind of defeated the purpose of the route that I took because I didn’t want the car to show up on my credit. But anyways, all was fine until several months later they incorrectly reported that I was over 30 days late on a payment. When I contacted the owner about the issue, and I explained to him exactly how they got that error, because it was an error on their end, he told me that he would get the issue resolved and have that report fixed. Because that made my credit drop over 100 points. For an error. So one month after he told me he would get it resolved I called him back just to get an update and he plays dumb with me as if he didn’t say he was going to get it resolved, and then he had the nerve to say “well why were you late?” When I slowly and clearly explained THEIR error. So at the end of the day he did not get the error that they made taken off my credit. I had to take matters into my hands and dispute it with the bureau they use. Now the issue is resolved because of the proof that I provided with the bureau. In fact they took the whole transaction off in general because of their error. So do I recommend this place? Depends. If you have financing through a bank, go for it. If you are going to deal with this business on a weekly/monthly basis and finance though them and let them possibly mess your credit up, then no.
