Head coach Chris Daymont has led the Oles to nine MIAC Championships and 18 NCAA appearances in her 32 years with the program. In the 2012 season, St. Olaf placed second at the NCAA Central Region Championships earning an automatic selection to the National Championships. In their fourth straight NCAA National Championship apperance, the Oles finished eighth, their best team placement since 1994. Emma Lee and Jorden Johnson both earned All-America Honors finishing fifth and eighth respectively.
