Everything was fast and easy. My only concern is I did two transactions. Paid my property tax in full and brought a bill of sale for a covered utility trailer. Being in a rush, I made the mistake of not reading the up dated registration, because I have never had a problem, given to me at the clerk desk for my bill of sale. The registration has another persons name on it out of Stuart Fl. I bought the trailer for a man in Fellsmere Fl through Offer Up app. I thought something was wrong after I got home because I didn’t get a new tag. I gave my license to the clerk thinking that verified my identity for the sale and new registration. So please assist me. $2225 spent for the purchase of the trailer is a lot of hard earned money. What do I do next. I don’t want to be pulling the trailer with the wrong registration information.

Mike B was awesome and knowledgeable he made me feel comfortable doing my driving test. Princess was super fast and efficient at getting my paperwork done. She needs her name tag upgraded to Queen, She was friendly and it was a pleasure to have her assist me. I am satisfied with my experience today and happy to be leaving with my drivers license.

Very great service very Fast service even with multiple citizens presents. Very friendly, calm & clean environment. :)
The ladies working at the information center aren’t welcoming at all though. Very nonchalant , unfortunately :/ … they don’t smile neither do they greet you, someone should teach them about customer servicereport this review -

Cody was fantastic in explaining the process of getting our address changed for our licenses and registration. Cody was very nice throughout and answered any questions we had. We were glad we made an appointment online. The representative that greeted us took our name and explained what was next. As soon as we went into the lobby our name was on the screen. Overall very easy from start to finish.

I arrived early for appointment but was processed right away. Only waited 5-10 minutes. I was assigned Jody Shirley and she was great. Handled me very professionally and I was finished in 20 minutes. Out of state registration / transfer of registration. Anyway Jody was great

Renewed my registration and got a new license plate today. GB provided awesome customer service and I’m very please with this location. Coming from south Florida it’s a night and day experience. This is my second time here and both times have been very pleasant. No wait times, plenty of room and everyone is nice.
