  Ralph sold me a kilt at the wisconsin highland games, and we talked about getting me a clan wood kilt ,met his wife at the games in edinboro , pa shes a sweetheart. Would like to do business with them as some of the companys ive tried to go thru wont even help me or tell me that there is no such tartan as wood clan.

  I'll adjust the rating once or if the kilt comes in. It's ~ 2 months after the expected delivery window & there's been no communication. Looking at the receipt there's no contact information as well. Just a written order list and a charge on my card. My bank has minimal information about the vendor other than the name and address.

  My brother and I each ordered a budget kilt in September 2022 at the Ligonier Highland Games, and was advised that the cloth was on back order until November 2022. Which was fine. When the end of November came around I reached out to check the status of my order, and was told that the that the cloth was still on back order until the first of the year 2023. That was also fine I didn’t mind waiting. Now we are at the end of May 2023 and I had reached out to get the status of the order in April and have yet to receive a response. Total lack of communication.

  Was sent a broken tankard. Call daily and email only to have no one return my calls or emails. Horrible customer service as no one will even talk to you. Still waiting on a second item and it has taken over a month to come. The broken item took 1 month to arrive. I fee scammed!

  I have been using Ralph's services for 12 years now. All of my family's kilts came from St. KILDA, Weither you need a kilt for a highland festival or for formal wear. We used them for the grooms party rentals, as well as my husbands custom kilt. Also has a range of jackets for any attire.

  This is our first time working with St. Kilda we met them at the Highland Festival in Garrett County. Incredibly knowledgeable friendly and professional. We got a lovely wool cape with the Irish heritage plaid and my boyfriend bought a beautiful shirt was thrilled with his kilt in the same plaid just arrived. Beautiful quality, lovely weight to it. Can’t tell you how happy we are and that we met you. Will be coming to you all again! Thank you so much!

  I have bought two premium 8 yard kilts from Ralph and they have been well made and look fantastic. Ralph is very personable and has always returned my calls and kept me in the loop as to when to expect my delivery. I would not hesitate to purchase another kilt from him and have always found our transactions have gone very smooth.
