Awful doesn't cover this place! Go elsewhere! Upon entering we received a sheet showing pricing, we got to the checkout and were told the board that should've been $56 by the pricing sheet was $256...for a 1x6x8 board of walnut...because that piece was in good condition. The staff was extremely rude and condescending! The guy said "what do you expect for a nice board...we dont just give the stuff away." We went to put the board back and upon returning to give the guy his tape measure back the guy and his coworkers were all standing around making fun of us saying we couldn't afford their products and we shouldn't be shopping at a place so nice. Mind you we were dressed nice and could definitely afford it but why waste your money when the other stores around we found had better lumber at much better prices with actual helpful staff. I am a GM in the high end retail industry and I would never allow this behavior from my staff. Every single one of them deserves to be fired. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else unless you enjoy being berated and overcharged by an incompetent staff!

Wow. Great place. High quality good customer service. During a time that it is hard to find some lumber, we got what we needed.

Noone wants to help you! Very rude and unprofessional. Man didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. He was too busy eating! After several minutes we finally left! Went down street to boardwalk flooring and purchased beautiful hardwood flooring from them!

Customer services is professional, personal, friendly and the workers know what they are doing. Bob and Kevin spent lots of lots of time helping me create a mantle I love. I actually had fun working with them and recommend others to go here for their wood working needs.
