Completely unresponsive to family crisis needs. Gave horrible advice to my parents that caused them to spend money on a financial crisis by crisis basis, rather than invest much less in solving the actual problem. Great place if you just want a brick & mortar to go sing old Lutheran hymns on Sunday morning.
