It's a beautiful temple, the best Hindu temple in Utah for sure. Very responsive staff. They perform all the hindu ceremonies - weddings, naming ceremony, house warming...
Very peaceful. Priests are very good in performing the daily activities. Calm atmosphere. Decent vegetarian food options available in the temple canteen.
Very good gathering and cortribution of all for the celebration.
I went here for a school assignment for my world religions class. Although I do not share in this faith, everyone was very friendly and answered my questions.
Beautiful! Everyone was very welcoming and the environment felt fulfilling and true. I'm not Hindu but my first visit I got involved and would love going back.
While the atmosphere is great and really serene, the management and one of the priest who is usually at the temple have become very money minded since the renovations. The quality of their services however, has gone down significantly. I had used their services for house warming and etc a few years ago and it was good. Used their services again recently and they were more interested in photography and the check than doing the puja correctly. The priest lied about the puja that he was going to do and did a really shabby job. Given that this is a temple, I expect much better honesty and more focus on the prayers than the money.
Just a note: archana prices used to be 11 or 13 bucks just a few years ago. Now it has doubled, with subpar quality.
Love the peace there. We go every sunday
I happened to be here on a Sunday ta 4 pm when a class for 30 children began in which they recited/sang gitas (psalms) in what I think was Sanskrit, and it was really beautiful. I was also gifted a banana by the kind guru who didn't speak much English. I recommend everyone check it out!
Excellent place and it has very good atmosphere. Peaceful.....
