  We highly recommend Vinny for a home inspection. He was extremely thorough and professional. Vinny took the time to walk us through each aspect of the home and explained in detail all his findings and recommendations. Vinny helped accommodate our schedule and was even at our home home inspection 30 minutes earlier with his drone taking aerial images of the roof and property.

  Vinny is very knowledgeable and provides a thorough home inspection. Vinny has done 2 inspections for me and both times did a great job explaining what he is evaluating during the process. Vinny also provides a strong detailed report with clear pictures and descriptions.

  Vinny is top of the class when it comes to home inspections. Our real estate brokerage has been working solely with him for a very long time now, and for each property he is responsible, professional, knowledgeable and most of all a very kind person. He has been working in the field a long time now so he is very experienced. I highly recommend Vinny to anyone looking for home inspections.

  Vinny is the best! First of all, I called and scheduled in very short notice but Vinny is very accommodating and tried to do the best for his customers. He is extremely responsive. When we got to the house for inspection, Vinny arrived early and thoroughly inspected every details and areas of the house with great knowledge and excellent communication. The house that he inspected was in poor conditions but he really spent his time with the inspection and the report that came out in less than 24 hours was written in great details. I have worked with many other inspectors previously but none comes close to Vinny. Already using him for the next inspection and everyone else should too!
