Horrible customer service wait times are outrageous! So glad I left them! Waited over 30mins just to return old phones! Ridiculous!
They have an amazing oustanding service the two men that helped us i wish i can give them more credit but they didnt have there name tags they helped me and my husband until we where fully satisfied i will always walk in pleasantly to this store thank you sprint

The "customer service" at this store is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. TWO of their employees April and Ambar lied directly to my husband's face in regards to making him an authorized user on the account, because when he came back in the next day they said that it wasn't done. When I asked the "manager" about it when I came into the store, he just shrugged and said he didn't know what to tell me. I filed complaints on all of them with their corporate line and even the Sprint representative said that those employees were not helpful at all when he contacted them! If their own company can't stand them, I think that speaks for itself. Very happy Verizon customer now :)
This store's a joke, always end up leaving with headaches. All staff is unorganized and lack effective communication skills, their customer service is THE absolute worst. Wasting my time here is always guaranteed, came in to get help with phone issues and immediately tried to get me to upgrade when I've been paying for their garbage insurance.
Great customer service. My phone wouldnt charge on the car charger. But Juan was awesome and fixed the charging port. THANK YOU JUAN😉 Don't know why other people say "poor customer service" I watched them and they were great with everyone🤗

My experience in this store was the worst ever the employee don't hesitate to help you they only care about their comition. It's true what people say about this store they lie to ur face telling nicely in their words how easy and affordable is to pay but in ur contract is another thing I was told I would pay 100 something a month and received my bill of 200 and some what kind of trash is that ! The employee Richard Pere seemed nice and helpful but was not what he explained to me I've came to this store 3 times already to fix the problem and not happy to drive back and forth for something that should have been fixed in the first place
Worst experience ever with sprint. The employees are a bunch of lies and would do that just to Get their commission and get u stuck with a contract. Persons who go to this place watch what you sign and please make sure they give you ur copies and review them because they explain and then change the whole contract. Be careful with employee Margaret she can really talk you in to it and then denies the offer she made you at the beginning and the supposed supervisor who I thought would help me was on her side she rolled her eyes at me in front of Juan and yet approves. worst customer service from this place.
