my customer experience was a 5 start with these guys. I have not had any experience with a Back Flow Preventer before i went into sprinkler supply and brandon there exemplifies customer service. he helped me take it apart took the time to show me the parts and to fix them. then he ordered the parts i needed and helped me put it back together. never had anyone take that kind of time to help me get this fixed. thank you.
