  Nice modern accommodations for the suite. Breakfast in the morning was just a tad tight but good! Friendly staff to meet your needs and clean surroundings. Great lodging.

  Originally this hotels reviews were very good. Once my family and I got here the lobby was clean and organized. Once we got to our room there was only one bed when we asked for two.

  The hotel lobby looks great but thats about all I can say. first the front desk people do not appear to want to work here, if you dont want to serve the public please get another job. When my family and I got our room it smelled like someone just came in from working out and and to top it off there were some fries found on the floor by the bed where my son could have picked up and ate. It looked like they were there for a couple days. Then the bathroom was disgusting. The tub had paint chipping off and the exhaust fan had dirt and mildew coming from it. I won't come here again.

  This hotel is not what I expected for a SpringHill Suites. The rooms were very outdated and the bathroom setup didn't have a place for me to put my stuff. The sink drain was slow and the beds were crammed into a very small room.
  
  This location also lacked value. We were flying out of BWI and they charged us more to keep our car there than at the airport. The breakfast was far inferior to other breakfasts I've had at SpringHill Suites. It didn't feel like a suite at all.
  
  The water pressure in the shower was great and it did have a refrigerator. I clearly expected more.

  I had the pleasure of staying twice at this establishment, and I was not disappointed either time. Manager Jessica is a true gem. There was a charge made to my account and she not only handled it without any problem, she contacted me personally to let me know it had been completed. Her staff is the best, even with a scary late night fire alarm, night clerk Kayla handled everything like a true professional. Never getting rattled. This is definitely my go to place when in the area. In true Marriott fashion, this hotel was a beacon of light .

  The building was a little dated with obvious signs of wear, but the staff was great and the room comfortable. Everything in the room worked well and the bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was quite nice with lots of options including several healthy items. I enjoyed the stay and will not hesitate to rebook next time I am in town.

  Was only there for one evening but everything seemed great..room was clean..bed super comfortable and the front desk very accomodating.. close to several eating places too. Would stay there again.

  The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing assistance for places to go locally. Seemed knowledable about the area. The room was clean and stocked. My only suggestion for them is that they provide a larger complimentary bottled water.

  Friendly staff..who are very helpful and attentive. They have very good breakfast and very clean and we'll maintained room. Has fitness centre and pool. Loved staying here.

  To keep it quick simple and to the point, nice hotel, .extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Rooms are nice and we'll equipped. I just wished the sink was inside the bathroom but hey, no biggie there. The only downside was the carpet is a lil grimy and quite frankly could be replaced. Not sure about the breakfast yet, that remains to be seen, but Springhill has yet to disappoint in breakfast, will update later

  The room was very great and exceptional and was mamoth. There was also a sofa bed which can easily fit a total of 6 people in one room. The room service was great. And the breakfast was free and good too.

  Airport convenience with shuttle services to the off-site rental car services and the airport. Hotel employees are very courteous. Room was clean with a decent layout.

  Friendly staff. Clean environment. Great complementary American breakfast featuring waffles you make yourself which was a little treat for me. Lots of parking space. A few eateries just next door.

  This is a renovated property and thus doesn't have the standard room format I'm used to, but the room was off the same quality. The bed was excellent as usual. There was a "power port" next to the bed providing 2 outlets and 2 USB ports, but oddly it was not plugged in and had to do that. The shower was new, spacious, with good water pressure. There was a good chair at the desk providing a very good work area. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. I had scrambled eggs with graded cheese and bacon. Someone came buy and asked if they could pickup my plate for me which was nice. Overall, property looked great as usual. The location was not particularly close to food and we drove about 10 minutes to get to a Ruby Tuesday quality restaurant. Still, very close to the airport and they had a shuttle.
