What a wonderful place to visit! Our group included ages from preteen to senior, and we all found the Pioneer Village to be wonderfully informative. Our buffet meal at the lodge was delicious. It is an all around great place for a day trip.

This park is a family favorite, from staying at the inn and dining at the delicious restaurant to hiking the trails and exploring the village. Within easy reach of a number of caves, French Lick, Hoosier National Forest, and more! Definitely a great vacation destination in southern Indiana.

This is one if the most beautiful parks I have ever RV'ed to. There are gorgeous hiking trails, adventurous caves to climb in and explore, wonderful preserved history of the mill, and the grounds are kept clean and beautiful. I highly recommend checking out this top notch state park!

Fun place to visit. Has a historic village that operates summer months. A nice camp ground. Trails to hike. Caves with boat rides.

Good people, good food and good photo opportunities. I have been coming to the park for the last several years. My attendance is in the winter months of Dec or Jan.The rates are less expensive and the winter photo shots are just as beautiful as the summer shots, and when a little snow is on the ground, it is a big plus.

Lovelovelove Spring Mill State Park. We visited the village, space center, and campground. The village is an all time favorite of mine. Everyone is always very friendly. The space center is informative and well-kept. The campground is not my favorite in this area. The grounds are always clean and staff is very friendly. The campsites are not very private and always very busy. That is my only complaint.

This has been a favorite family get away for at least 3 generations. Comfortable Inn with fireplace, indoor/outdoor pool, game room, and restaurant. There are trails to walk, historic working village in season. Also nearby Grissom memorial.

Excellent park. The village is always a fun stop with the kids. Plenty of great hiking trails and a couple of caves you can explore as well.

The campground is nice and appeared to be well maintained. It doesn't offer the most secluded spots, but its still nice.

I loved the cave boat ride and the trails to the other caves. I really enjoyed the Persimmon Festival at Spring Mill. They also had A candlelight tour. 100's come here around the 22 or 23rd of September each year. Good food and history learned.

Best state park I have been to in Indiana! So much to do here. The period authentic workers in the Village are very knowledgeable. Campsites were very convenient and the caves and trails are wonderful. We will be back often!

Loved the cave tour and indoor outdoor pool. Only request would be to healthy options in the Inn dining room. Some rooms were a bit musty but priced great so it's hard to complain.

One of the best state parks I've ever been to. Camp ground is super clean. The camp ground VIP's are top notch. Anything you need they will do thier best to take care of. The trails are some of the cleanest I've ever hiked on. The village is awesome! They take time to teach and help you understand what went on there 200 years ago.

Very beautiful. But defiantly don't go to the pool. It has fiber glass in it. I asked the person in charge and she said there is. They don't have a warning sign about it. Everyone in my family has fiber glass stuck in their legs and arms. Other than that it is a very beautiful park.

Love the Inn! The trails were amazing. The inn buffet is good, but does get a little repetitive if you eat a few days in a row there (we decided to do Edna's Pizza from Mitchell, they delivered right to the inn! The pioneer town was amazing, and wasn't even completely open yet! We bought leather that was carved there, a pot that was made there, and corn that was ground at the original mill! Will definitely be back in the summer!

This place was amazing, even in early March! The few trails my wife and I walked were nice, and getting to see the working mill on site was an interesting experience and a fun look at history.

One trail close to Pioneer Village had a downed tree blocking the path, and it looked to have been down for a good amount of time. This kept us from observing the dam area which feeds water up to the working mill.

We spent one night at The Spring Mill Inn, which was a stunning location to spend time and spend the night. The atmosphere was great, and the buffet and breakfast was exceptional!
