  We have stopped here many times in the past on our way back to Brooklyn NY and are always extremely happy and satified. Because I have celiac disease, am allergic to soy and a vegan, Chef Jenna prepared me an amazing dinner of grilled portabella mushrooms with sauteed garlicky spinach, artichoke hearts with cherry tomatoes and avocado. It was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. We have never been disappointed at the Spring House Tavern. Also a big shout out to our amazing waiter Nate. Thank you! 😊

  JUST MOVED TO WOODSTOCK AND TRIED THE SPRING HOUSR TAVERN... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT!! KAYLA WAS OUR SERVER AND WE WILL ASK FOR HER FROM NOW ON... YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE, ITS AWSOME!!!

  First time here.....extremely critical when it comes to my food....ordered the Salmon and it was honestly the best Salmon I've ever had. Beat hands down the best seafood place I've eaten at!....and the drinks were strong! 😉

  Very nice tavern with good food and a variety of beers including Yuengling. There is a tavern/bar section which is very cozy and a larger and a little more formal dining room. The service was good and the decor is very cozy as well. See the "rules" on one of the pictures and you will get a feel for the kind of place Spring House Tavern is:) There is parking in back and street parking in front.

  Had lunch with family members from out of town and they enjoyed the food and ambiance. My brother really liked their bloody mary served with a freshly cooked baby back rib in it! The food was, as usual, delicious. Christmas decorations were beautiful. They were the only downtown Woodstock restaurant open on New Year's Eve day too!

  It was good not great. Bbq sauce was thick and sweet without much heat. Beers were very expensive. $8 each is too much. When the check came tax and tip for 3 beers was absurd

  If I lived in the area I would be a regular. Awesome comfort home food. Fair price considering the portions. The service was very good too. I had the catfish dinner with Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Get the gravy

  Cold! Like apple storage cold. I don't understand why every restaurant these days feels that 62 is a good temp for dining. I feel I shouldnt need a sweatshirt, inside, to eat my dinner.
  The service is good, the food is good, just tired of paying to freeze while I eat.

  Fantastic!!! Decided to take a trip down route 11 just to see what I could find. Looked up places to eat and my boyfriend dared me to find the very best place, lol and let me tell you I did!! AMAZING!! I got the tavern turkey burger , and deep fried corn in the cob!! It was the best turkey burger I have ever had !!! Boyfriend got the spicy south west burger !! Will be going back as soon as possible!! Everyone was super nice ! Good beer and wine selection. Local beef , beers and wine !!

  Always friendly service and the staff recognize you when you show up often. The food is good and the rotating beer selection could only be better if they got rid of the "traditional" bud light, Miller light, etc. to make room for more craft selections.

  Very very impressed... food was amazing and the staff super helpful and exceptionally nice... we went there as a big group of 12 and yes with kids too... tables were prepared fast and the delivery of the food was also fast .. great experience ... great food
