Came in with a problem with my son's compound bow. They fixed the problem and even made an adjustment to his draw (children grow). Very happy and will definitely come back for our archery needs.

Limited selection of products for sure, but everybody who works there is super knowledgeable and it's always happy to help with any questions. The guys in the archery department are always nice to chat with especially.

A little expensive and there is a poor selection of items. Some of the items are damaged and still displayed at full price. Employees have too much drama in their personal lives to efficiently handle customers. I love to support local and family owned businesses but unfortunately this business is not ran effectively.

I put 1 star because I couldn't put 0 star. I took a whole hour drive down here because I heard this place was the best. On the website it says that they close at 9 but when you go to the store they tell you they close at 8. I got there a quarter to 8 and they told me that they will do their best with the five minutes they have. That was a pathetic excuse for customer service. I don't care how many people recommend this place to me this place is garbage and it is dead to me

Great place to learn and practice archery in the area. Prices are very reasonable for range access and staff is happy to assist.

Store is slowly dying due to Internet and Big Box store's. Still a nice place to talk to locals about fishing and hunting.

Not much options in the firearm and ammo section. Did not have the ammo I use. Staff was not attentive to buying costumers like me and the girl at the register wasn't helpful on answering simple questions. Won't go there unless I'm in a pinch. On the other hand they have a great selection on fishing and archery items.

In the market to buy a new handgun, I was browsing the store when I heard the guy behind the gun counter complaining about a customer. He said he was going to refund the guys money, but was going to make it as painful for him as possible. When I said something to him, he tried to explain himself saying the guy was a retired Police officer and should have known better. Letting all my law enforcement friends about my experience.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. The way they treated me. First ripped me off with my trade in. Then wait over two weeks to get a gun that they say they ordered. I tried many times to cancel the order. They wouldnt give me my money back. The owner is a liar. Instead of taking responsibility on the ordering. He blames the wholesalers. Please customers stay away from this unprofessional business. Don't let there fake smiles fool you. I will be reporting then to the bbb. I'm going to do everything in my power to show that this company shouldn't be trading.
