bought my first semiauto handgun from Greg when he was a little store down around the corner.my last purchase,another semiauto was purchased there this year.i have made a few?other firearm purchases and accessories along with boots and other clothing there over the yearswhat 35?40yrs?nuff said.4 stars because nobody's perfect.

Stopped last week to purchase a new gun. I walked straight to the counter and was helped immediately. After I started my paperwork and the counter guy went to get my gun, 4 or 5 other employees asked if I needed assistance. The guy helping me actually went back three times to get a gun that didn't have issues. I was very impressed. While waiting for my paperwork to go through we looked around and probably 3 or 4 more employees asked if we needed anything. Wasn't a week later I went back for a scope on a very busy day, and after waiting for 2 or 3 minutes I was helped again. I will be a Sportsman's Den customer from now on. Thank you for the great customer service.

Called them to ask if they had the boots I wanted in stock Yes we do sir. So I ended up driving over a hour and half and got there no one to help the boots I wanted wernt ever sold there. So I orderd them long story short they never came going on like 4 weeks now I will never be going there ever again

My wife Tiffany and I bought two handguns in the last two weeks from Paul. He was great. He listened to her needs and sold her the perfect Walther 9mm. She loves it. He sold me my S&W 9mm and I love mine. He also took all the time we needed to help us with questions. We will never buy guns or supplies anywhere else. Thanks Paul!!

Sportsman's Den is a good place for all your hunting & fishing needs. Today was the last day of a good sale they had going we got some really great stuff. The staff is amazing super nice and very helpful. Jeff is great! We will definitely be going back again.

Haven't been there since 2010, but I visited a few times a year before I moved back to NC. I lived in Sandusky at the time, so it was about an hour each way. Very competitive pricing on both guns and ammo, a knowledgeable staff, and a huge selection were all reasons I liked shopping at SD. During a period of about 15 months, I purchased 5 guns from them, and never got treated rudely or ignored. A couple of times I was there on very busy weekends and had to wait a bit for a free associate. I expect that when it's busy. Also, the women at the checkout were always friendly. There's nothing like the Sportsman's Den around here. Yeah, we have Gander Mt, Cabela's, and Bass Pro, but those places are too expensive.

I've purchased countless firearms from here and have had the pleasure of being somewhat personable with the staff. Good, knowledgeable people that will make things right if they aren't already. Between that and competitive prices. they've always had my "new gun" business.

The guys in the firearms and archery departments are usually very friendly and helpful, but the ladies that work the registers couldn't be further for friendly. Don't expect small talk or friendly conversation when checking out, the ladies at the registers are very rude. However, the is an amazing store that seems to have a lot of those hard to find firearms and firearm accessories. Overall great place to shop.

i tend to travel all across the country doing flooring and demolition work and tend to stop at hunting & fishing stores often. I was very impressed with the way way I was treated at the SD. I previously worked for BPS in warehouse 904/Store #32 and can tell you that the way the guys treated me with the utmost respect is awesome. They got my crossbow shooting within minutes.
