  I love that this shop is open till 9 pm. It’s definitely saved me a subway ride home once when I popped both tires at 7 pm. They have a great selection, super clean bathroom! And I’ve personally always been given great bike service. Happy to have this shop here in NYC!

  I Have absolutely no idea why the staff is so rigid in their thinking. I went in asking for them to simply put a chain on, I already have a bit of a background in bikes as I've performed maintenance on my own bike for about a year and a half now but the pin that I usually use to replace my chain is blunt and I don't want to risk popping my chain. I come in simply asking them to put the chain on. And immediately the person helping me tries to upsell me an entirely new cassette which I already know is unnecessary, instead of doing what I asked he insisted on not even putting the chain on unless I buy a new process. This place is filled with con artists and it's a rip off. You're better off looking at YouTube tutorials than these getting guys to work on your bike.

  I came here after an accident with a very bent rim. They didnt have the size wheel I needed to replace it but the mechanic here took his time right before closing to try to straighten it as much as he could. He did a damn good job. Prices were completely reasonable. I love that they stay open till 9

  I regret coming here! I saw the bad reviews, I was warned of this place but I still went because a good co-worker of mine recommended the place. Ask for Martin, if he isn't there WALK AWAY, he is courteous, patient and seems genuinely to love his job. Curtis? LOL what a joke, rude, impatient and makes sure to give you bad customer service....Unless you are desperate, save yourself a bad experience and go to another shop....They sell their bike products TWO times what you can buy on amazon...why two stars instead of one? Because their products are overpriced GOOD quality....You have been warned. Good luck!
