He charged $155 for the repair and said that it would take 2.5 hours to complete. So I took my bike to another bike shop a few blocks away and got it repaired for $3 and it took literally 1 minute. I wouldn't get your bike repaired at Spokes 'N Stuff because he tries to sell you on repairs and things that you don't need.

The bike tech in the back is very nice and helpful but the cashier was rude. Threw my credit card onto the table instead of handing it back to me.

They got me what I needed (plus some new, extra add-ons) without being pushy or trying to up-sell me in an uncomfortable way. My bike has never felt better and I'm a new Spokes 'N Stuff customer.

The manager (or owner? Not sure) so rude to customers fucked up my chain! DO NOT GO!

Charge was $110 for a complete change of cables and brakes, adjustment of gears and tension alignment. 3weeks later, no phone call or email to say what's taking so long; I walk into the store to ask what is going on, no email, no call and the m-fvcking owner responds nonchalant and condescending, passive aggressive; then, starts haranguing me to support DJ Trump for POTUS. What? You stupid fvck.

They switched out my tire lickety-split for a good price, and while doing that, I bought my new bike. I haven't tested it, but I suspect they are cheaper than Helen's Cycles, with quicker turnover. Oh, and my tire is not flat. Nertz on that other guy.

This is a very good neighborhood bike shop. I read some reviews here and although some of the mechanics don't speak perfect english the shop has expert repairs. If you need something fixed they are the guys to do it.

I've read a lot about the owner Joey. While he may be matter of fact he is also very knowledgeable about bikes and has a nice selection.

Buck up people, not everyone is going to treat you like your mommy does.
