Easy to deal with you have to pay for everything. But got a great deal will fly again. Do spend your time early check in and baggage check.

Never i repeat never freaking use this airline. They do absolutely nothing for customers after screwing over 30 people on the flight. That never had a chance to connect. Our options was to wait for two days in the airport no hotel until the next flight. No offer for rental car or somewhere to stay. Only thing they said was a partial refund for the flight. The customer service lady Linet employee # 64969 was absolutely no help and said to call their customer service in India. Did not offer to connect us to anyone higher up and was useless in her position.

DO NOT FLY SPIRIT, THEY CANCEL AND DELAY FLIGHTS CONSTANTLY, AND DON'T EVEN INFORM YOU OF THE CHANGES. They cancelled my 6:30 am flight at 11pm the night before and DID not notify me. These are the most ignorant, unhelpful, rude, uncaring workers. They don't care about their customers, especially at this airport. DON'T FLY SPIRIT!!!!

Affordable airline. You get what you pay for. Will charge for extra luggage, choosing seats, drinks, etc.

The self check in machines are awful but if you don't do it yourself they'll charge you $10 for someone to do it at the desk; even though they do the exact thing again at the desk all over again.
